The above statement is so true, however I'm not sure of her name. It was, (we'll call her) "Linda" that actually closed the sale.
The cover shipped right away.
Even though the cover that was shipped was Not the one that was ordered. The customer service / service recovery people did an excellent job in handling the return of the incorrect cover along with making sure the correct cover was shipped out right away.
The cover fits perfectly, when I need another cover I will go to sealskincovers.com.

It's disappointing to have to pay $65 for international mail to a place as close as Canada.My original comments still stand, but I am pleased with the quality and price of the product. I think you will market more into Canada if you can find a way to get your shipping costs to be similar to Amazon and others

It is a good cover. It just doesn't fit my boat properly. It covers it but I was expecting a better fit.

The motorcycle cover is too tight. I have a Honda Forza 300 with the original Honda cargo box.
I have to pull hard to put it on and it does NOT cover the motorcycle entirely, as I was led to believe.
So far everything has been good. My major problem is that the turn around for the replacement cover is 2-3 weeks. I think this is excessive. I bought a cover with a 10 year warranty and it has a rip in it after 1 year. Things happen, but still I feel like they should get me a cover in a few days.

Do not use this to tow long distances. I bought it to move from NE to AZ. It's now a tarp and not a fitted cover.
