The only problem I had with the tarp.It had some pin holes in it.everything else was fine.
Shopping experience was fine. I had hoped that the product would NOT LEAK,but I am disappointed to have to report that in fact, it does. I re-read the website to find out how long I had to say something about it only to find that it was only 30 days. When I ordered, and received the cover my boat was in the shop and was there for another 3 weeks after I received the cover. Then it took another week or so for it to rain around here and that is when I unfortunately found out that water seeps, or sweats through the fabric. I also discovered that in the very corner of the cover there was water in between the material. It looked like a water balloon and when I squeezed it the water came out through the pores. I thought I had read that this product was supposed to be water proof for a covered time of 5 years, it didn't make it through the first rain storm. I would like to spend the time and $ to send it back and have it checked out but I threw my old cover out when this one came, and if I sent it back(on my dime) I would be without a cover all together.
I have also noticed that when it does rain the moisture makes the inside of the cover stick to the side of the boat.
I do like the fact that it fits tight around the boat with the elastic bands, and the straps are top-notch.
There is no sagging when properly used with a support pole and straps which to me, looks great!
I just wish that when I took my cover off after the rain that I didn't find my seat cushions,floor,engine cover and the like all covered in sweat and puddles of water.

Very pleased with the cover I bought this past March so I purchased another for my snowmobiles.
The cover I received was very tight almost to short, however according to the number on the cover it was the one which was supposed to fit my car. (2007 Shelby GT500) I realized this after the final date to return the cover. So I'm stuck with a poor fitting cover.

We have called the number a number of times and all we get is music and no one ever picks up in Customer Service or Sales. The cover that we ordered is NOT water proof and it is supposed to be. We are very disappointed in the product that we ordered and your customer service by phone is very disappointing also. I hope it all gets better.
I ordered the cover with the assumption that is was "custom fit". Once received and tried to install, I realized it was a "semi custom fit". The fit was terrible, I was very disappointed with the cover. I contacted Seal Skin to request a return. I was charged a 20% restocking fee for the return. I didn't feel that I should have been charged this fee, since the web site states it's "custom fit", nowhere stated "semi custom". WILL not order from this company again.
I had really been expecting a custom cover - designed to fit the vehicle I specified. What I received was a generic car cover, large enough for my car. While the material was fine and it seems well constructed, it was not what I expected. Setting and meeting expectations is everything and pretty much defines quality.

Nice heavy duty material so should last a long time. Much easier to install on the ski than covers for my other skis, especially on the ski lift.
Customer service regarding shipping issues was poor. I waited on hold for an extended amount of time and was disconnected before speaking with a representative. I would not do business with Seal Skin again. The product seems fine but the lack of accessible customer service was very disappointing.
