I initially purchase my boat cover in April 2017 and have only had my boat covered for a short time due to a tear in the seam. I returned it under the warranty which took way to long. I was told the color was back ordered so after approximately a month of waiting I decided to change colors. The cover arrived to only find out it did not fit. I have been trying to resolve this with Sealskin but what a frustrating issue to say the least. Its now October and I've only had my boat covered for about a month at best. If I only knew what a pain the warranty issues would be I would have bought from some other company at this point. I hope you stand behind you product.
The chat feature with Linda was very useful as my UTV was not list in the drop down feature.

Chat help was excellent. Linda found the cover I was looking for right away. And then the cover wasn't delivered as promised. I made several emails and calls to customer service and they acted like they didn't know the size of the boat was, which I had provided, and so nothing happened except my credit card was charged. After weeks, I had to send an ultimatum- send or cancel order- before the cover was delivered.
