In the end, I am happy with the cover. First one I ordered did not fit at all. Complained and was issued a return authorization and email said replacement would be sent upon receipt of UPS tracking verification. I sent this the next day, however my replacement cover was not shipped until the returned cover was in their hands. I waited almost two weeks for delivery of the first one and over a week for the replacement. The covers are great and the second try fits well. The customer service response is less than stellar.

Live chat was very helpful and in a timely manner. The cover was back ordered for a month, as it was a gift I was concerned about that. CS continued to tell me 2 more weeks and it arrived on the very date that I had to have it. After all that by the time it was put on the UTV the 30 days for return was up. So as returns go they start on the date of the order instead of the date you receive it. I felt that was unfair.
