I had to return my Waverunner cover because it did not fit correctly and was not water proof. I also sent them pictures as to how the cover was not fitting as a custom cover as they advertise. I talked to them on the phone as to how their site pictures show a very different cover and how it fits. Also mine came with zipper vents which does not show that on the picture or in the description on the site. The customer service person just said maybe the picture on the site was not up to date. To me that is false advertisement.
They said that my cover might just be a defectived one that got sent out by mistake so they will send me another one once they got mine back. Well I got mine back and it looked and fit the same as the one I returned. Also it is not water proof because when I have it covered and we get a rain the water will collect under the cover in the foot rest areas on the wave runnner. I have not tried to trailer the wave runner yet with the cover on to see how the cover will hold up as advertised. Overall not very satisfied with this product.
Exactly what I wanted and expected
The motorcycle cover I ordered was a great price and easy to order. I will update my review when it arrives.
So I received the cover, but I didn't open it for about a month later because my motorcycle was still in storage. Well the cover wasn't what I ordered, but I put it on anyways when I got my motorcycle back. The next morning after a very humid night I took it off and the bike was all wet from the humidity. The cover I ordered was breathable and the one I got is not. So it's useless to me. I couldn't do anything about it because my 30 days was up. So I'm stuck with a big piece of plastic. Always open it as soon as you receive it so if it's not right you can send it back.
Took too long to get shipped but it was still nice to get it

Truthfully, they're still in the box. They day they were delivered, my ex-husband died, so I was out of state for a couple of weeks, then returned to race to get yard/garden work completed before hot weather begins. And, vehicles must be cleaned of sticky pollen/sap coverage before I apply.
I will email my further evaluation in a few weeks.
I was greatly disappointed that you could not provide a suitable cover for a 16.5 foot fishing boat which is a pretty standard size. While your company was quite responsive when I ordered and re-ordered a cover, it should be apparent that a cover won't work if it is 6 inches short or 18 inches too long. The product seemed to be high quality and fairly priced if it would fit. But it cost me $36 to get nothing.
