Disappointed. One size fits all is not what I expected.

It took forever to get it. Never shipping or never shipping on time on time and multiple calls to customer service for reorder.

Very difficult to reach customer service
Cover did not fit boat. I filled out a return form. Was instructed that I would received a ups label in an email. I have never received the label. All emails inquiring about this label have gone unanswered. I have never had a worse customer service experience than this. I would advise anyone to not do business with the company under any circumstances.
I am a returning customer, I am more than satisfied with the motorcycle cover I received.

The boat cover is perfect. We have been having a particularly heavy hail monsoon season and the boat cover protects unbelievably! The hail just bounces off the cover! The fit is perfect as well!

They sent me a cover that didn't fit and when I returned it, kept $90 as a restocking fee.
It is difficult to put the cord around wheel and it still comfortably fit the entire car. It also isn't completely waterproof as I thought it would be. Time will tell if the material will hold up...
