BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a cover with their recommendation on fitment and they sent wrong size. Replaced with wrong size. Now claiming I have to pay 18% restock fee to return because they don't have my size. By the way, I had told them originally exactly what I have, upgrades done and accessories on it and yet they still failed to deliver the proper fitment and making me pay for their mistakes. To top it off, customer service is just a bunch of sales people taking money. No help whatsoever and only way to address problems or concerns is through email. No management in sight, no supervisor, no corporate complaint number.

1st cover was much to large - gave a call - shiiped 1st one back and recieved new cover. ASAP. They were polite and EZ to work with.

Our boat cover was much to big. We called them and they gave us a return # and sent another cover out. Now if this one fits we are all good.

It might fit a torpedo or submarine but it does NOT fit my classic car. I ordered by YR/Make/model and measured length to be sure. Will not fit over the bumper corners yet has excessive material in the front and rear centers. Sides are partially uncovered because not enough material for cabin roof.

I've had MANY car covers over the years. All of them either did not fit, were too big or leaked a little or a lot. The sealskin cover is light, 100% water proof and with the draft straps across the bottom works perfectly, doesn't blow off in wind and kept my jeep dry and secure. It was exactly the size it needed to be. I'll have to order a custom cover to fit over my roof rack. I'm 100% pleased with the cover.

I was given the premium car cover as a gift for my 2006 Mercedes Cl500. I noticed that after a few winter storms, my cover began to leak. I contacted customer service and reached a customer service agent by the name of Mina. During the duration of the call, I was mistreated and disrespected. I also reached out to a supervisor. I received an email saying they would call me the next day. When that didn't happen, I called back to ask for the directors names and write them a letter. I was told it was unavailable. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, disorganized group in a company. I would recommend anyone considering a cover for a car or boat consider that this company doesn't honor the product or the customer, and you can't try to resolve it with anyone else. I have yet to get a call back from the supervisor I requested.

The main issue in this case was that you had no order number, no name, no shipping address, no phone number that could remotely help us find your order. Please note that no company would send out a new cover under warranty to a customer who has no information or proof that they have purchased with us. If you had had something that could have helped us find your order, then we would replace it no questions asked as we do for all of our customers. Every cover I purchased (4) fit POORLY, if it fit at all. Material is good. Customer service has been poor with little resolution recourse, even after a promised call back. Offered a discount for a proper cover which was never followed through with by Seal Skin

You guys charged me twice for one car cover I've called in and let them know but they say it's not twice it's once. But I keep showing them it's on my phone.
