A friend of mine recently recommended Seal Skin covers as he has used them in the past and was happy with the product.
I ordered their top of the line cover and a sun screen for my vehicle. After approximately 10 days a package arrived, but it was just the sun screen, no car cover. I called their customer service and after they checked, I was told my cover would arrive in another 10 days. There was no apology or explanation. I told them waiting another 10 days was unacceptable and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager wasn't in yet but would be getting in touch with me. The next day I received a text indicating that I should receive my cover in the next three days. Great, except when the cover arrived it was an off-white color and not the gray color I ordered.
Again I called customer service and got no apology for any confusion and was told that the off-white color is what the top of the line color is, instead of light gray. I asked why the color didn't match what was on their website and got no response. I asked how do I know that I actually got the cover I ordered and after much discussion was told there would be a number on the inside of the cover and was given the number. I could find no number on the cover. I would have returned the cover for a refund but it is a huge hassle to do so, so I just decided to take my chances.
The business has poor customer service when employees don't even apologize for a delay, error or misunderstanding. They also should at least indicate on their website that the colors on certain items may be different than what is on their website.

Excellent cover and coverage. Easy strap hookups. I also bought the umbrella stand to hold up cover, worked very well.

I bought 4 covers for 4 different Jetskis. I received them, and didn't know which cover went with what ski. If I had all day to try them on-it would have been fine. But the newly purchased skis are kept in different locations. Found one that fits the 3 seater, and one that doesn't quite cover the 2 seater. And the 1 too big-1 too small.

After a brief conversation, sealskin was quick to remedy by sending the correct size cover.
I have numerous cars with many different types of covers and sealskin does exactly what it says it will do…. Keep the vehicle dry

Order a a 3 bow stand up walk through bimini which says 54 inch high, sealskin sends a 46 inch tall, then I get the run around trying to make someone understand, I had my original email order confirmation. They wanted to discount it if I keep it, it was not what I ordered, then they want to charge me a restocking fee of 18%, I finally had someone see there mistake and offered to refund me the rest, my experience with this company was the worst I every had by any company, send the correct order or not at all and refund the full amount if you don't have it in stock, don't substitute something they didn't order in hopes they'll keep it.

I received all 3 covers in a timely matter. I thought when ordering for a specific snowmobile that each would be identified according to what was ordered. The quality of the covers was impressive. Very happy with the ease of use and I like the storage bag being attached to the cover so its easy to put away when not being used.

Have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Cover was too small. I was very disappointed with it. They told me I was past the 30 days to return it and could do any about it just give me a discount on another purchase

The cover selected was of good quality nice and thick, 5 yr warranty you can tell it is going to last. Fast delivery and easy to put on. I would recommend to anyone who wants a quality boat cover at a reasonable price... thumbs up.

I have a crew cab Ram with a 8' bed. Had competitor cover for the same price that wasn't the same quality as Seal Skin. That one didn't last and purchased the Seal Skin. Better fabric, better clips and overall very happy. Only issue is the truck is so large and heavy winds do pull up cover

The cover is much heavier and better built than some covers that my friends have. My only complaint is the instructions tell you to put the cover on the back of the car first, then pull it to the front. There are no instructions on the cover to show which end of it is the rear.

It is a very nice cover but it would be nice if the antenna hole was pre - cut and the front of the car end was marked on the cover.

Multiple cover did not fit my car. Customer service was terrible. Every time I had to send the cover back for an exchange I spent $20 shipping it. After the 2nd cover I receive and it didn't fit the car I just wanted to be done with them. Lost 18% when asking for a refund plus whatever else I spent on shipping. Never again.

Package came for my Mercedes very quickly but before opening I made a rash decision to sell the Mercedes and buy a. BMW. Not sure the car cover would fit the BMW I contacted Seal Skin Covers to ask what I needed to do: send the cover back or open it and try it on the BMW. I was told it should fit the BMW but if not or I was disqualified with the fit to return the cover. It fits perfectly and I am very happy with the cover,
