The communication on this order was terrible. I received an order confirmation with a shipping notification but the cover was not shipped. After about 4 weeks, I contacted your company and communicating with your phone system and staff was very bad. They finally elevated the priority of my order (from China I was told) and I received the cover a couple weeks later. The cover is decent, just the service and communication was poor.

So I purchased a seal skin cover for my 1966 impala SS The only reason I bought it was because I'm remodeling my garage and because it's in mint condition wanted the so called best to keep it covered. When it arrived I said well this looks and feels like a nice product. I put it on my car and sure enough in California we had a big storm not a problem right. Well when the sun finally came out I removed the cover to be in shock when the cover not only leaked on the trunk side but the hood to. That's not the best part when I contacted them thru email they said I needed to pay a 35 dollar processing fee what! I'm going to pay for your bad cover. Never again I belong to a large car club I'm getting the word around. Don't buy this cover it leaks. Again your name is Seal Skin. What a joke

Horrible communication from company. Shipping was a nightmare. Said shipped and took months to get it. Never received any type of response when contact the company.
It doesn't fit my car to small
The process of ordering the product was good. Unfortunately the person I ordered the cover for did not want the cover and I am trying to get through to the company to get a return label. I have not heard back from them as of yet

Satisfied with the cover when it FINALLY arrived exactly 4 weeks after initial order was placed and numerous calls to customer service. Apparently my phone calls were required for the cover to actually get shipped out. I was told I could not speak to a manager directly (only send an email) when my issue was not handled promptly. I did not appreciate the way one customer service rep spoke to me and that we were suddenly disconnected (?) before my issue was resolved. I was quite disappointed with this company but did not intend to write a negative review. Since they asked for my feedback via email, l felt it necessary to caution others.
