Bought my first ski cover in 1998 and the product just does not hold up. My recent purchase experience was horrible! After my warranty was approved and my shipping cost deducted from my checking account I finally got email saying product shipped. It had not. I called customer service and was told it had never been sent. I asked to speak to a supervisor & was told email was only way I could do that. I was told I would get a discount of my shipping costs but that did not happen either. I should have reviewed customer complaints before purchasing my latest cover in 2018. The cover lasted just over a year and then the replacement process was irritating. I've referred many people to sealskinscover.com but never again.

I paid for a "supreme all weather car cover that is advertised to have 5 layers. What I received was a two layer cover that didn't even last one year. I've asked for material samples so I could see the difference between the covers but was told they don't provide them. Well... no wonder... they're only selling one and charging for a "five layer supreme all weather cover". The positive is that it did fit my car but it's sad that that's the positive. Check out the picture, do you see five layers in the less than one year old cover? Further they want $35 to exchange the pictured one for a new one. So... then I'd have almost $200 into a cover that's only going to last a year. And there's only one exchange allowed even though they advertise a 10 year warranty.
Purchase your cover some where else!

Took MONTHS to receive my cover that had been misplaced, another few weeks to receive the lock/cable that I had to bug them for. The cover DIDNT EVEN FIT MY CAR. Returned, replaced, new one fit like a garbage bag. It's been five months dealing with this company to get not a full refund, but one I had to pay a 20% restocking fee on for a product that was a complete waste of time.

I ordered the BEST MOTORCYCLE COVER they advertised. It was GRAY 5 Layer Fabric with a FULL ELASTIC SEAM AROUND THE BOTTOM for a Snug Fit. They shipped me a BLACK PLASTIC COVER that I could of gotten at Walmart for $39.00. I paid $93.00. NOT GREY FABRIC and NO FULL ELASTIC SEAM. DEFINETLY NOT the right item I ordered. They are insisting they sent me a correct cover. Now they wan't to charge me a 20% restocking charge. I sent 4 email's and 4 un-answered phone calls put on HOLD forever and NOT picking up the phones.
