We bought two truck covers from this company for our Ford truck. First one was too small for our truck that we listed correctly in their search. So we bought a second long bed cover thinking it would longer and upon receiving it one of the corner inseams was ripped. They refused to replace it or even offer a discount on a replacement cover for either cover. They will not accept any covers once opened per their return policy. Let them know this frustration with no response. Avoid at all costs.
I made several phone calls to the sales/customer service in order to get a car cover that was comparable to old car covers that I owned in the past. I was told that their cover was the same thicker material that would hold up under Los Angeles Airport damp weather and that the cover would be mase specific for my 2014 Ford Fusion, Energi Titanium automobile. The shipping time and emails keeping me up to date was nonexistent and the cover took much longer than I was told. The car cover was very lightweight. I could tell this from the size and weight. The bag that the cover came with had a made in China tag and was a generic size to be used on a medium to large automobile. I got return authorization from Seal Skin. I asked to not have 20% restocking fee due to my bad experience with my purchase. No such luck. Even though cover was not as advertised and the package that cover was inside never opened. I would not buy from this company.
I ordered a motorcycle cover and received it timely. I noticed upon opening it that it appeared to have been opened and unfolded prior. It was very wrinkled, clearly not factory-folded. Ok so wrinkles settle out, it appeared to be of good quality. As I unfolded and noticed an area with what appeared to be abrasions. About 6x8". I requested a return and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee to help with 'cleaning, repackaging, and restocking' which SHOULD NOT take place with a defective product. I asked for explanation via email, no reply. I messaged through Facebook, no reply. I commented about my dissatisfaction on Facebook posts. No reply and I am now blocked from commenting. I tried to message again and am now blocked from messenger. Awful company
These cover are not trailerable! I have supports and tie down the cover tight, but the flimsy parachute material flaps in the wind really bad to where it frays and seams start to come apart. Storage is great. I've had pockets of water that did not leak thru. Bought the 1200 series cover. STORAGE ONLY, NOT TRAILERABLE. **New addition, I pulled the boat out of inside heated storage, went to tighten down the cover and the material just ripped. DRY ROTTED! Crap It's only 2yrs old.
I purchased the Supreme Outdoor cover for my 2019 SS Camaro. The Cover ripped down the seam after just a few uses. It was also supposed to be "100%" waterproof, it was not. Wet spots came through on the underside of the cover. Company does not back up there product as stated. They sent a replacement, but it did not match what I purchased. The replacement was a very cheap piece of junk that I would not use to cover a wood pile. These are very cheaply made covers. Stay Clear of these folks!

I ordered a Seal Skin Supreme Outdoor Motorcycle Cover for my 2019 Can-am Spyder RT Limited which was pictured as a 5 layered flexible gray cover. The cover I received was a thick heavy black cover which was nothing close to the pictures. When I contacted them about the differences in the cover on the website vs what I got they gave me, I got a two week run around. After about 4 conversations and lies about the design of the cover (they were trying to say the gray cover that's in the pictures is inside the black cover). So at the end of things they said that I'd either have to keep the cover or pay a 20% restocking fee. To me they are just scamming people and not working with them when called on it.
I ordered this in Jan of 2020. It took 2 weeks before I called and complained that they never sent it out. After many calls to this company, someone finally answered the phone. Oh it might have gotten lost and never send out. I'll send it out tomorrow. Another week pasted no cover. I contacted my credit card co and told what happened. They gave me back my money. And guess what, the cover arrived the following week. Put it on the car, it was 2 feet too short and short on the sides. Oh yeah I had an extra grommet in the grill area. The cable could only lock down the cable side to side. Made in China but the Seal Skin Covers mess up the order. Sent it back
Covers don't fit jet skis. They have no idea how to make them fit. Tried twice. Look elsewhere. It is not hard to fit Kawasaki 800 or STX 15, but they managed to get them all wrong. Return/exchange resulted in another that did not fit.
Purchased a boat cover in mid January. The cover was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. The cover fit my boat fine but the clips that are suppose to secure the straps are cheap and came undone whenever I tried to tighten them. I contact seal skin customer service and they sent me a video on how to fasten the clips (Really!). I again called and they agreed to exchange the cover with a new one. First return the used cover and we will inspect it and send you a new one is what I was told. So, uncover my boat, leave it unprotected until we get around to send you a new one, which in my opinion says we could care less about your boat even though we are in business to protect your boat. After some exchanged emails they agreed to ship me a new cover as soon as I checked the old cover into a UPS location. It has now been four days since I delivered the old cover to UPS and no new cover has been shipped. Its obvious that this company does not understand the concept of what customer service is and only cares about the bottom line. If you choose to buy a cover from this company I hope there are no issues because conflict resolution is not something they teach their employees. However, they will lie to you and not follow through with their promises. The clips they use are total crap and will not hold up over time... BEWARE!
When I received cover it was a little small, you could see part of the front and back just a little, I called and sent back and they sent new one that fit perfect couldn't be happier. It did take a little longer to get new one, but was patient and it finally came. Very happy
I purchased a cover on 12/10/19 for a gift and was told by customer service that it was made for the 2016 Ford Shelby GT350R. When we attempted to install it, it didn't fit. It was nothing more than an off the self generic cover. No mirror pockets, no rear spoiler pocket. It was two or three feet too short on the length side and probably a foot too short on width. The cover very thin and was a product of China. Where did the custom or semi-custom in the description in the ad come from? I made 4 attempts by email and 3 attempts by phone to reach them and return this cover for a refund. They refused to supply me with a RMA or return authorization number or any information on how and where to return the cover to. I ended up having to dispute the charge with the credit card company as I have a product that I can't use, can't return, and they will not stand behind. Buyers beware!

As you can see from the attached picture the cover is not even close to fitting. As bad as this looks this was their second attempt. Even though on their site they impose a 20% restocking fee I feel that I never received the product that was ordered. Not only that I gave a very complete description of what need to be changed and sent pictures back both times. I asked costumer service rep to speak to a supervisor and was told they were not allowed to connect me. I explained my position to the customer service rep that I feel I should receive 100% refund because I never received the product that was ordered. He assured me that customer satisfaction was a top priority and I would be taken care of.
They have sent me shipping confirmation but never sent me my cover. I have tried to get this corrected 4 days in a row and they will not call me back. Do not buy from them if you expect customer service.
I strongly recommend this product and company. My boat cover is a savior to keeping the new look intact. Easy to install, easy to remove.
