It is taking too long to get the product. If I don't get it in a few days, I will cancel the order. Now that I have it, the part where you attach the string to secure the cover is coming off.
I had to return the first cover because it did not fit. The return was easy. I never received any information about the cover so I called. I was told an email with a tracking number would be sent. Never got it. Days go by, I call again, I'm told the same thing. Never got the email. More days go by then the replacement cover just shows up. Happy to say it fits well.
Very very slow delivery. I almost thought this company was a internet scam but everything worked out.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order from this company! The first cover did not work and I ordered a replacement. For TWO WEEKS now they've been telling me I will get a tracking a number by the end of the day. It has been highly frustrating dealing with this company. The wait time to call someone is ridiculous. I do not know how people have had good experiences with this company. They've been nothing but a PITA since we started dealing with them. I wish my husband had read these reviews before ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Not satisfied one bit. I Ordered a cover with specific information given about the vehicle year type and model. The cover showed up one week later and was extraordinarily too large. Sealskin wanted me to give them information as to how much to wide, how much too long in the front, and how much too long in the back. They should already know the exact size of an exact vehicle specified. They said they would replace it with a better fit, but that process would be over two weeks long by the time they received my return. I asked for myMoney back and they told me it would cost me 20% of the purchase price to return it. Where is my 100% satisfaction Guarantee? There was no way I was going to wait two or three weeks for a new cover based on my dimensions given to them for size adjustment. That is just putting the responsibility back on me, the buyer! I argued about the 20% restock fee, they would not budge. Definitely a company I would not recommend. The photos on the website of the cover That I was supposed to receive were completely different in color and texture. This is false advertising. Do not buy from seal skin! I returned the cover and ate the 20% fee. DO NOT BUY FROM SEALSKIN!
I bought a cover for my car that was almost 2 ft too short. They boast that their cover is semi custom. How can you even label it that? My car is the same as many on the road, it has the same dimensions as many on the road. So to get it and not have it fit is not my fault but the manufacturers fault yet they charge you a 20% restocking fee. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this product. I highly suggest that you do your homework before you even think of buying this cover.
I got suckered into the too good to be true pricing and ordered a cover for a 19 foot runabout. The cover came promptly by UPS. Upon fitting it to the boat it was several feet too long with no adjustment possible to accommodate the outboard motor. It basically would not fit despite the clear description of the boat during the ordering process. So clearly needed to return it. Thats where I find out about the 20% "restocking" fee for an item that was clearly unacceptable. So is this set up a scam? Sending out an inferior and unacceptable product and make money on the restocking? My advice is what I knew in the first place... you get what you pay for.
This company took my money instantly and it's been a month and still not shipped and their customer service is terrible and rude they Promised me 3 times an email of my refund confirmation would be here in 24 hrs... still nothing... scam and I'll be contacting a lawyer. DONT BUY FROM THEM
I purchased a car cover for my 2017 Audi TTS; within two years, the inside layer of the cover turned into dust leaving a blanket of powder all over my car everytime I took it off while the stitches broke at four places on the cover. I thought, no sweat! SkinSeal advertised they have the best warranty; nothing but a joke here. Emails non returned, multiple attempts to reach out their customer service; was treated with attitude and nonsense while trying to get a replacement cover.
I will NEVER purchased from these company ever again. STAY AWAY!
Before i ordered my cover i asked the sales rep if the cover had pockets for mirrors and opening for antenna she said yes it took 2 weeks to arrive i opened the package no pockets or opening for antenna and cover was 2 feet longer than my car called customer service waited 10 min hung up called back nxt morning waited 25 min. For someone to pick up finally was told they had no cover to fit my needs asked for refund and was told there was a 20% restocking fee after they inspect their own screw up and wait for Mng to send email with order number 2 hrs later received blank email no label for ups asked again for label blank email 2nd and 3rd time gave up 5 days later received email with label almost seems to me it was done on purpose so they can use the 30 days all sales Final clause but to avoid the agravationi ordered a custom car cover from AMAZON so stuck with this painters drop cloth Do Not buy from these people they don't care once thhey have your money
Well, they were quick to ship me a cover for my Chaparral 256 SSX with Arch, however, the one they shipped me was for the version without cutout for the arch. The cover won't fit. I've called customer service (no one picks up the phone). I've filed two tickets requesting exchange/return, telling me someone would contact me within 24-48 business hours. Five days later, no one has contacted me with exchange and return information. I have chatted with an online rep 2 times, and they said they found my tickets. And would raise it to a manager. I've sent them an email and told them that if it wasn't resolved TODAY, I would file a dispute on my credit card charges. I would highly recommend you avoid this company. I should have guessed this would happen. My bad! They have a couple of more hours before my next call to my bank.
I ordered a "custom-fit cover" from Seal Skin (almost $180) and received a $30 Chinese tarp. It is absolute garbage. Amazon, HD, Walmart and Target sell the same plastic tarps for $30-$35 (exact same Chinese manufacturer and product code -- Seal Skin simply lies about it online). Seal Skin operates online under multiple names from a boat cover warehouse in California, selling Chinese-made tarps. They are a fraudulent business run by unscrupulous miscreants.
I bought one of these primarily for hail protection. The one I purchased was said to have several layers for added protection, it is the best one they have in terms of impact protection. I received it and immediately noticed it was very thin and would not protect from anything other than UV. I decided to go buy furniture blankets to place underneath the cover for added protection. When I began installing the cover I realized that it is way too small and ended up ripping it trying to pull it over the corner of the bed. Ripping it is totally my fault, I should have never attempted installing once I realized it was way too small. The cover advertised to fit a 2020 GMC 2500HD pickup does not fit. Not even close.

Monica: They will ship the product once they get t he ticket which lets them know that it hasnt been shipped yet Me: Can you cancel my order?
