I ordered a cover online at 1030pm and tried to cancel the order the next morning due to my wife ordering one previously and not telling me until after I had already ordered.
I immediately got online to request the order be cancelled and received an email saying my request had been sent. I didn't hear anything for 4 days and then I received an email it had been shipped! I send another email asking about cancelling the order and they said I had to cancel it the same business day which would have been impossible since I ordered it at 1030pm.
I received it today and need to return it and this whole thing could have been avoided if they had checked their email in a timely manner.
I called twice to ask about returning the order but they would not tell me about how to go about it and it made me worry even more about them being sincere if they would actually tmrefund my money.
Terrible overall experience! I will never order from here again. Ustomer service was pretty much non-existent.

The cover arrived nice cover), but did not include the cable and lock. Contacted customer service twice and never received a call back response. I had given up on receiving the cable and lock, and they showed up about a week later, with no note.

I was contacted by you after I left a comment on a facebook ad. It was not complimentary as my cover fit was terrible. I explained that I could not return the cover as I had to keep my car outside and dry. I sent a picture, he/she said "oh boy" and refused further contact.
Answer: NOT EVEN WATER PROOF! This company is just a rip off. Poor quality Chinese goods. Avoid at all cost!~
