My first Oder was lost. The replaced order was the wrong color. I did receive 15%off and finally just settled for the wrong color

Ordered 2 jet ski covers and within 2 minutes of ordering sent an email to customer service to please send to another address where jet skis were stored. 3-4 days later I get an email after the covers were already shipped that they couldn't accommodate my request. This is terrible business that doesn't care about the customer.

I wish I had done more research before I ordered my cover. They have a history of poor customer service. They don't produce their own covers they simply resell the same generic covers you can buy at Walmart. They sell a cover worth 30 dollars for 150 dollars or more then when you try to return it they charge a restocking fee that will cover them for what they paid for the generic cover. They respond to the post claiming that they have the most generous return policy in the industry. Maybe if they focused on the quality of the product they would not have to worry about a generous return policy. Which for the record a 20 percent restocking fee on a cover that was completely mis represented is not a generous return policy. They also delete any negative comment or post that you leave them. If only they put as much effort into the product. I hope people see this review before they waste their money.

It took me a month to get my cover after 4 calls to customer service and then it didn't fit right. 2 weeks after I returned it I got a new one that fit but it certainly was "custom". You get what you pay for so next time somewhere else.
