Quick and easy plus free shipping! First order was wrong size cover for my Ram truck, but was quickly taken care of by customer service and 2nd cover arrived fast and fit perfectly.
The product was good. The pontoon cover is actually best for when it is on a trailer instead of when it is in the water. I made a mis-purchase, but it was my mistake.

Claims arrival 5to7 days. 8th day still no shipment of order. Customer service is a joke. Cant even tell if a order has been shipped or not. Any form of contact required 48 hr for response. Then usually still no response. Phone calls are never answered.
Got the cover, but NOT the free upgrade, No lockup cable or carry bag.I got help from customer service and all is well. Thank you for the fast help.

Cover too big. Requested a return, received return label in message but message was lost. Have requested a new return label 3 times but still have not received.

First cover received was wrong cover and had a hole in it. Replacement cover did not ship until weeks after bad cover was returned. When calling customer service I was on hold for 45 minutes.

However, it took two covers to get the right fit for my Corvette. The procedure to get the right one needs to be looked at. I realize that this Pandemic created problems for your company. But the response times for returning the original cover, both sending a label and then a six day gap after I returned the original was bad business in my book.
All that being said. The cover has worked as advertised. It came in time for a Tropical Storm(my Corvette is in a breezeway, underneath our home, so is open to the elements) The cover, with an additional tie down, stayed on the Vette. And best of all, it's waterproof capability worked great.
On April 10,2020, I ordered a Seal Skin 1200 SUPREME boat cover and was promised a confirmation email message addressing the purchase. Upon several phone since my order, I was assured by at least 2 agents that delivery was going to occur "the next day." No one has been able to tell me the status of my order - specifically, when it will be shipped. Your company has taken my money and I've yet to get any satisfactory answers to any of my inquiries. I'm beginning to wonder how effective this business is.

Monica: They will ship the product once they get t he ticket which lets them know that it hasnt been shipped yet Me: Can you cancel my order?
