Trying to either get a refund or a replacement cover. The cover you sent was WAY to large for our 1997 ProStar 190. Due to Covid-19 our boat only recently came out of storage. I contacted you as soon as the cover was put on the boat.

Received the wrong cover totally. I ordered a cover for a pontoon boat and I received a cover for a speedboat. It has been several months since I ordered the cover and still can't seem to find out how to return or exchange the cover. I go to the web site but nothing on it allows me to navigate to a return. I have called several times and they always tell me to go to the web site. No satisfaction, I just want to talk to a real person.

I can only state the facts:
- the cover is made of a material that isnt very strong and can easily be compromised when stretched a bit.
- it is warrantied so lets see how it holds up and if warranty is honored
- my shipment was missing the cable and lock and my storage bag draw string immediately broke
- after contacting customer service, they acknowledged the mistakes and took over a day to respond.
- an e-mail was sent apologizing and assured me that the problem would be corrected and shipment of missing items would be received in 5 to 7 days.
- 8 days later, no shipment and impossible to get anyone on the phone (completely outsourced to foreign country) or to get anyone to reply to e-mails.
- finally, a text is sent from a # you can not reply to and it says the missing items have shipped... and it lists a tracking # that is mistakenly missing several digits.
- all attempts to reach anyone who can help have been met by extremely long hold times where i was forced to give up.

The cover I received doesn't not fit my boat, it is way to big, I used the sizing chart they offered and had it for over 30 days before I even tried it and now I'm stuck with it because I can't return it.

Lousy customer service, after I returned my car cover for another one. They mentioned that if that one didn't see it I can return it and get 100% money back guarantee,Now they are telling me if I return it there's a 20% restocking fee.
I have call and try to talk to upper management but they will not let me talk to anybody in upper management, they have hung up on me.
The worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I give them a minus 10 star's!
It took way to long to receive my cover and customer service was no help. I don't know why it took so long but it should have been a lot faster.
