I don`t like surveys
Very disappointing! I contacted on several occasions to be sure I could use on a lift. Several times they assured me it was a cinch and could be tightened. I measured my boat several times to be sure. When the cover came, it was too long and did not cinch tight. It was impossible to cover on the lift. Very disappointing. Said restocking fee and sending back for a fee. Hopefully people realize customer does not come first with this company!
Although my original order was mistakenly made for the color blue, I contacted customer immediately to change the color to light grey. I also followed up again within a day to confirm my desire to change the order to grey.
You still managed to ship me a blue cover. I decided to keep it because shipping would have been costly. I like the cover but am dissatisfied with your "customer service"

Asked representative on instant messenger if you carried a cover for my 2004 Seadoo. Representative advised that you did and that it was in stock. Upon arrival, I found that the cover was 1 ft. Too narrow and 4 ft. Too long. I contacted customer service and was advised that I could return the cover for a 30% restock fee. I had no choice. Poor experience. Will never buy from you again.
