I had recently ordered a Pontoon Boat Cover. I gave them the year, make and model of my Pontoon Boat expecting that it would fit properly. The cover ended up being WAY TOO BIG and when it rained the cover held over 100 gallons of rainwater that had to be bailed out. What a NIGHTMARE that was. I had purchased this cover during the middle and height of COVID and we live over 3 hours from our Lake Home. We did not have a chance to get away to the lake within a 30 day period. This cover does NOT FIT whether I returned this 5 days, 20 days or 40 days later. Sealskin covers would not accept return of the cover which is RIDICULOUS, and NOT RIGHT. I am stuck with a lemon.
We still not received our exchange, is been over 5 weeks from the time we ship back the wrong size.
I been calling and email, chat and give me turn around and never give a straight answer.
Very poor customer service, and blame the CONV. 19, for not knowing the answers.

FIRST TIME OK The over all was good but since I have had the cover, the color is fadeing really fast.
Not sure why since your ad said uv proof. Really not sure why i paid so much for one of the better covers when its fade after 3 month.
Fast and easy.good pricing.cover however is not a custom fit cover as stated.it fits poorly and is already fading after just a few weeks.definately not a towable cover either.
RECEIVED PACKAGE WILL NOT USE UNTIL HAIL SEASON NEXT YEAR
