I ordered the cover and a trunk organizer. I received the organizer quickly but no car cover. Called numerous times and kept getting promises that I would get a tracking number by the end of the day. This never happened. Finally after filling a dispute with the bank the cover was sent. The product is great but their customer service was terrible.

Nice materialn but Very Poor fit for my car model... Much to Large, water willl collect on top... Customer Service did NOT address issue. Shop elsewhere until they resolve there Customer Service & Fit Issues.
