I only received one of the two items I ordered and paid for. The UPS tracking shows delivered with both items appearing when I view my order, but the label only said 1of1 on the package I received. Where is the other?
Update: Customer service responded and apologized for the other half of the shipment not making it out, and I received the package the following day. Great service to satisfy my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Cover fit good and worked well until the HOT Sacramento summers sun cooked, first the straps then the cover. Requested a replacement cover under their warranty and the new cover was shipped promptly. Their cover lasted longer than any prior brand covers. I recommend their product and company to fulfill your vessel cover requirements because they stand behind the product. Total lack of communication. Shipping date was 3 to 4 weeks after purchase date. No follow-ups and no reasons why.
Issue I have is the cover tore on the first day. Pulling the cover down, it pulled over the rear wing and tore a hole through the cover. :(

I like the way someone is there to find your cover at the right size.
At the time of my purchase I requested an email notification of when my cover was shipped. This did not happen While I was pleased with the discount I was not happy with the customer service as I made a number of inquiries without response. It took over 3 weeks to get my cover. The antenna patch does not stick to the cover, so there is a leak defeating the purpose of the cover in part.
Easy ordering process. Cover was a perfect fit on my 2004 polaris switchback 700.
