I have tried to cancel this order multiple times... I still received it. I had to send back and pay for the shipping. Customer service is probably the worst I have ever dealt with. NEVER will I do business with this horrendous company again.

So far so good. Your website was concise and I was able to quickly ascertain the cover for my vehicle. I am guessing it was too early for chat, as I was sent to email, however, talked to Jamie who was professional as I was ordering my cover. He did a good job in answering all my questions. I am looking forward in receiving my cover. I received my cover shortly after posting this review. It was packaged securely and was pretty easy to remove from the packaging. I placed on my vehicle (Subaru Forester) and it fit very well. Since the pandemic hit, I have not driven the vehicle very many times, and consequently the cover is being used since I bought it. It is holding up very well, as I have to park the vehicle under trees, but the cover has held up well, about once a week I wash it off, but I really don't think that is necessary. I certainly recommend this cover for all your vehicles.
