So far so good, let's just hope that the product lives up to what they claim about the warranty. Last cover I purchased was told I live in a salt state & that's why it didn't hold up. Like Hello, I wasn't driving with the thing? That was from Budge (via Walmart) got a year out of it & it was junk. Powdered up & feel apart. Hope SealSkin comes thru but nervous as the material looks identical to the budge cover.

The cover received does not have the interior final layer as shown in the advertising for it. The cover received has a multi direction open lose white fiber final interior layer and not the blue tight microfiber final material layer as shown in the advertising.
I requested being sent a cover than was what is advertised, packaging, and with a prepaid return shipping label so that I could return the the incorrect

Received two car covers. Could not tell which cover was for which automobile. Had to guess and fold out both when I only need one for a specific car. No paperwork. No support except for 'chat' on a weekend. They would not help and would not respond at all. I did a ticket on Sat Jul 11. It is now Wed Jul 15. NO RESPONSE to help me. The covers are not marked for the car ordered. You can tell from from rear. Disaster. No paperwork to support what you ordered or the warranty. I also ordered a boat cover earlier so spent a lot of money.

Had a discount code issue that one person could not resolve.
Cover person told me to purchase was wrong cover. It is a cover for a HPX with a protective roll cage. I specifically asked about this as the picture sowed a cover over a utility vehicle with a protective cage and let the rep know I do not have one. The response was it is a generic picture, we can not take pictures of every cover. Well the cover is too big. Customer service is very slow. 3 times I asked if I could get a new cover (and charge my card) before returning the old cover as I put new parts on the gator and did not want to leave uncovered. I have received no response and the question has been ignored. I bought a new cover from John Deere and have returned the one I received. The poor, slow customer service is what made me finally decide a sealskin cover is not for me.
Original order placed for 2 Honda covers. We only received one. It did not fit. Not even close. Cancelled the second cover order. It came any way. Sent them back and was told we would have to pay 20% restocking charge for your mistakes. This is absurd. Your customer service line is non existent. 2 calls, both on hold with no answer for well over 5 minutes. Even your sales line would not answer. I fully expect you to take the returns and give me a FULL refund for both, sans restocking. Also, the packaging you shipped the covers in was pathetic and cheap. No protection offered with your thin plastic bags. Hope to see my credits soon.
Weeeellll, considering I wrote to you and this is the first response I received, what a month later...humm, not so good. I don't know if the package finally showed up of its own accord or if you influenced it, as I never heard from you all until now.

I ordered TWO covers. They were BOTH in One box that arrived beat up, taped up and Sealskincover wrapping or anything Identifying who it was from. THAT WAS HIGHLY IRREGULAR AND ODD. However the Two Covers inside were ok and I've put 1 cover over my Classic Muscle car already. It seems to be holding up. Although we have not finished our Summer, so the real test will be the Winter. I will let you know if I have any ISSUES at that time. Thanks for asking though. It's nice to see you care.

Your APP needs help I tried for over 11/2 hours and finally call in to do the order and it was like pulling teeth rob was very slow and I could not hear him have the time
