Customer service obviously did not listen to my concerns about my needs for a boat cover. I returned one cover because it didn't fit, I received a second cover that fit just like the first cover, too big! I needed a cover so I kept the second one because of the hassle of returning it. Nice quality material but the fit is horrible. Nevermore.

Ordered a cover that they said was in stock, i ordered it form them because of that, it was more expensive than others i looked at, i realize that the cover was hoger quality, but. I feel like a bait and switch, they said it woud ship in 7 to 10 days, it took a week for fed ex to get it here. When i got it and becan to put it together one of th eends of the metal had been damaged. I was so frustrated with the whole thing i fixed it myself, not the best job, but it works. What was going to be a week turned into a month before i got the top. Probaably will not order from them again

The cover for my wife"s 2011 Honda does not cover 100%. Disappointed because the rest of the cover is excellent e.g. quality of material inside and out.
I contacted you because I didn't think you received my order and didn't here from you. Also it doesn't fit very good at all and doesn't keep the water out. Not satisfied at all.
I ordered two covers for my sea doos. One arrived. I contacted sealskincovers.com and they immediately shipped the 2nd one that day and arrived shortly after.

Sealskin sent me a cover they felt would fit a 2002 Chaparral Sunesta 210 with wakeboard tower. What I received was long enough, but pointed in front, not wide enough to fit and the tower cutouts were in the front of the cover. Sealskin refused to exchange the cover or give money back. $400 for a cover that doesn't fit. If you order a soccer ball and you get a football, is that good business? It's still a ball, right. Disappointed.
