Cover has faded in 1 month, some stiching is coming undone

The quality and fit of the Seal Skin cover was not as good as I had hoped on the jet ski.
I ordered a cover for my sailboat. The cover that was sent was for a Power boat with an outboard motor. I was then told that no other suitable cover was available and I had to pay a 20% restocking charge. This should not have been the case since I was sent a Cover that had no chance of fitting my boat. You should have told me upfront that you didn't have the correct cover.

The universal cover for the motor didn't fit. Other than that, it's a great boat cover.
I received the wrong cover, I ordered a cover for an inboard trihull and received a cover for an outboard.

Buyers beware this company does not stick behind their warranties. Bought 2 of their top of the line towable covers for my jetskis spent over 125 each on the covers and they BOTH ripped the first time I used them to tow my jetskis I have been in contact with the company and they have yet to replace them. I would NEVER recommend anyone buys anything from them. Their costumer service is atrocious. They have hung up on me everytime I call. Not sure how I will get my money back but I will figure that out soon.
