I think the website should have the boat motor covers listed, so I don't need to get assistance.
Sales and Service both good. Product was not quite what I desired / needed. Service was able to process the return of product and refund.
First cover was 2ft to long return.next cover still fits loose was told cover would fit tight, when I store my boat on My lift. Not happy with it sick of returning it use it for a dust cover in my garage for the winter I guess
After chatting with your assistant I was told that my item would be located and would be sent to me, after two weeks and no news about my order I reached out again and was told the same thing again but this time I did receive my cover. To much trouble, will not buy from Seal skin again nor recommend your products. Took almost 7 weeks to receive my cover. But was charged when ordered.
No tie straps with cover and still not received as of 1730 hours,

I finally received my sealskincover on July 7,2020 and it fits my RAV 4 really nice, but I didn't get my free lock and cable (reinforced grommets). I did receive my Toyota RAV 4 storage bag with the seal skin supreme all weather outdoor cover together..
Original order for truck was too small; return procedures worked out great and new one is perfect fit.
I hope the cover will protect from hail.The cover has a small hole in it.
I was excited to recieved my car cover. It cam very promptly. However it was not even close to the right size and some of the seams had not been sown corectly and were open. I wrote to get the right cover but never got a response. I ended up buying a 2nd cover from elsewhere. Any Ideas what I can do with the firse one(I was thinking of using it to cover the lawn furniture or something. I would never order from this place again!
Speedy, accurate, pleasure
It was easy to find the right cover, though I felt sad I couldn't test it out just yet because of the paint: a warning I was unaware of until I got the cover.
Great covers very expensive
Got the delivery, but 40-50HP Mercury outboard cover did not fit. The boat cover also does not fit completely without the motor being off the boat, but otherwise solid quality. sealskincovers.com quickly corrected the motor cover issue and sent out a new one that does fit the outboard 50HP. It is slightly off on the color from the boat cover, but not really that noticeable.

Easy and quick
It was very difficult to order the color grey cover and adjust the motor cover to 250 horse the 3 times I tried it reverted bac to blue and 5 hp. I tried calling and was on hold over 20 minutes. I used the chat tool and was told things were taken care of by Will. I still see the blue cover and 5 hp on my order.
Spoke on online chat. I did not receive the support I needed right away on the delays of my order. It took much longer than expected. A tracking number was sent - stating a slip had been created and nothing more, and there were no changes for weeks. After emailing support about it, a few weeks later, a new tracking slip was created and a few weeks later, we finally received our order. While we are pleased with the product, the communications over shipping delays was frustrating. I think it should be considered, that if there are delays, that your team communicate with customers as soon as possible to alleviate concerns that they were possibly scammed. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns. I hope it helps you make improvements. Additionally, I am well aware that this delay was most likely due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but communication with your customers goes a long way, and if you were to reach out before the customer has to complain, that is all the better. Thank you.
UPDATE. RECEIVED PRODUCTBeen over a month and still haven't received my order. Nor has anyone replied to my emails or chats. Beginning to believe this is some sort of a scam and will report it accordingly if action isn't taken ASAP.
Hope it fits and keeps my car dry and safe in this Florida weather! The process was easy. Hopefully it won't take too long to ship!
