Took almost 2 weeks to get cover and when I found another company for boat cover I was told restocking fee was charged if I returned cover I bought from your company.

The cover is awesome and actually covers my motor so I didn't need to buy the motor cover on my 16 ft starcraft. Only thing wish had the bungee and the latch to tighten tje cover on both sides. Other than that amazing cover will buy again.

Website said I would receive my boat cover in 5 to 7 days, Over the course of 30 days I tried contacting multiple times received very rude service, lots of excuses. They refused to refund my money.I had no choice but to wait 30 days before I received it. Even after I received it. It was not made correctly and they wouldn't respond to my emails. Will not recommend this company.

So far seems like a great fit. Figuring out the buckles was a little confusing. Better directions would have been helpful; but once we figured those it went pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication from Seal Skin re: my order, and 4 weeks after delivery they asked if I received it because even they did not track the shipment

Bought full cover for my Sea Ray 190SPX OB. Fits like a glove! No instructions or documentation of any sort received with cover. Followed up with order for motor cover for Mercury 150 four stroke. Again no instructions, and too small. Just received replacement motor cover. This one fits. Product is great, however, if you're not going to provide documentation, at least notify with a link for on-line help. In the end Seal Skin provides a great product, and do take care of the customer.

2nd cover I even told the online rep. What kind of boat I had. That and the 1st cover didn't come with all of the straps the instructions say to use. Because the 1st cover was bought from Amazon they said I had to deal with Amazon. The second cover, after telling the rep. What kind of boat I have doesn't fit right and was missing 6 short traps that the instructions say to use. Service rep said they felt the 6 long straps were enough. I quoted the instructions. Didn't matter. They offered a return. I just told them it covers the boat enough to hold out and buy an OEM one. Good luck.

After many attemps with other brands and not being satisfied. I Decided to go with Seal Skin.
So far, i have to rate this item at 5. I DIDNT use the tie down straps because I thought the cover would fit skin tight and there was no need. Wrong decision, While on and expecting rain storm the same day. The cover blew off with easy.

I purchased a seal skin cover in April 2024. It was for a 1970 Ford Bronco with a factory spare tire tailgate rack. The cover arrived quickly. Within the week I notified customer service that the cover was very tight, and therefore subject to tear in short period of time. Within a week they asked for the SKU #, and pictures, which I gave them promptly. Two weeks went by, and I heard nothing back except that a ticket was generated. By now over a month had past. They then asked if I wanted to exchange the cover for a larger one. I was on vacation, and replied a little over a week later, and said an exchange would be fine. I also told them that the cover had already began to fade due to the UV rays. By that time 6+ weeks had gone by. I was notified that the 30 day exchange window had expired, and nothing could be done, but it has a 10 year warranty if it were to rip, and I would have to pay for return shipment. All this could have been avoided by a simple phone call, and the situation could have been resolved quickly, and professionally. Their customer service is inadequate. I do not recommend going with this company…they have no regard for their customers, nor do they feel that repeat business, or referrals are important.

A few notes:
1) The cover was received on 8/8
2) The cover was extremely big and it did not fit anywhere. NOT a "perfect fit" as advertised.
3) We immediately opened a support ticket on 8/8. We requested a full refund but your team wanted an opportunity to make it right, and we reluctantly agreed.
4) Received a free UPS label to return it. It has been returned
5) We left for vacation on 8/27 and had not received the replacement at that time. Until we return we do not know if the replacement was received during this time.

I'm on my second cover in 3 months due to the first one falling apart...lets hope version 2.0 is better

When ordered I ordered a black one received a BLUE one went back and forth for 2 weeks trying to exchange for right color finally I had them take 10% more off the price and we settled at that. The cover itself is Great and fits well

I purchased a new cover for my new 2024 GMC AT4 2500 pickup. When I first received it the cover it was very tight and barely fit so I call the company and they shipped out what they described as "the correct cover". It seemed to fit better but it now seems to have shrunk to the point that it no longer covers the front bumper and the lower parts of the front fenders. I guess I will be looking for a replacement for this coming winter.
