The product did not meet my expectations. The pictures and descriptionsceere great, but the cover was basically similar to a cover for a gas grill.
I returned it, but have not yet received a refund on my credit card.
I would not recommend it to a friend.

It was very difficult to get accurate information about the status of my order. Frustrating, to the point of cancelling. The cover that I finally received was missing the cable and lock.

Shipping took way too long. Money was taken as soon as I ordered and by the next day I had a tracking number. Weeks went by and nothing was sent. After contacting customer service a few times, I was contacted saying the color I choose was not in stock. Finally received my order close to two months after.

Your phone is not working
When I ordered this boat cover I called seller to verify if I needed anything else with this cover. I was told the cover was complete with tie downs. However, 6 long pieces of straps & two short straps with hooks are all that was included. A huge amount of water also pooled on the cover in back of boat. So, now I need at least 6 more tie downs with a hook, and a support pole. I tried to order but couldn't find tiedowns and seller wanted more shipping costs! -Bill Schmidt
