It took several weeks to get a shipping confirmation which only happened after I reached out. It also took a very long to receive my package and there was no one telling me what was going on as to why there were such delays.
First of all, the swimsuit fits fine but it remains to be seen how it will hold up in the water. My experience with SeaFancy as a business is not so positive. First of all, I had to send two different emails one week after ordering the suit to find out why it had not been shipped. The swimsuit was finally shipped the next day after the second email. Secondly, I was given a tracking number which was a dead end. Ultimately, the suit did not arrive on time for our trip. I had ordered three weeks in advance. I paid nearly $11 for shipping. I am not sure where this company is located, but the websites made it seem like an American company. I just wasn't impressed and will not work with them again.
I ordered four swimsuits, and was told the shipping time was 7 to 10 days. It took a month to receive my items. I only received three of the four that I ordered, and I had to inquire about the fourth one which I was charged for. I was told that it was out of stock and I would receive a refund. When I contacted customer service, the website said that they will reply within one business day, and it took almost a week and following up to get any response. When I asked about the tracking, the information I was provided was unclear and inaccurate. When I requested a refund and to return the items, I was instead offered a discount. The swimsuits are low quality, and the return process a hassle. I'm still waiting for my refund.
I appreciated the level of modesty and options the site offered, but shipping was expensive and took a long time to receive. The tracking number didn't tell me more than simply a label was produced for my product. Also, I guessed at the sizing, the size chart was not helpful for their measurements so I went off of my size for sports wear and was able to guess accurately.
I am happy with my purchase from Sea Fancy. It was easy to place am order, I received my order confirmation and shipping updates timely and there were no issues.

The suits are cute, the halter top with shorts is very flattering even with my excess 30 pounds. I think the website is not as user friendly.

First of all, the items didn't ship for about a month after I placed the order. I had to email and ask when they were going to ship, and then all of a sudden they were able to ship them.
Two of the four suits I bought fit great. But what's weird is I ordered all mediums, but one of the suits is extremely too small. I don't understand how there could be so much variation in a single brand's items. Also, even the two items I liked there was variation even though they are the exact same style of suit! Both work, but it's just so odd how they're different.
But my biggest frustration is that I emailed to request to return and still haven't heard back, and I'm wondering if they will not get back to me within the return window and then deny my return.
I have no issue with quality of the product. I am disappointed with Seafancy', customer service. I have requested to return my order 6 times and company still has not provided a return shipping address. I will not shop Seafancy again and would not recommend it to a friend simply because it seems impossible to return items.

Received the swimsuit set. Good quality, reasonable shipping time. Ordered a Small and wish we could have purchased the pieces separately so that different sizes could have been purchased. Purchased a small and needed an XS in the top.
Wish I could have gotten a different sized top to go with the bottoms. Enjoy my items otherwise
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
