If you need to send something back, expect at least 2 weeks to get a response. I'm still waiting (just over 2 weeks) to get an address to send it back.

I never received my package - is there a way to find out where it might be?
I ordered from this site on April 16th and it's a month later. I messaged them two weeks ago to inquire about the status of my order and they said one item (of 2) was out of stock and that I would receive a refund. The other item was issued a tracking number on May 8th, but has only just been shipped out today, May 15th. I'll see how it looks if/when it arrives on May 20th. Even if the swimsuit fits well, I would never order from this company again because they are not reliable and do not communicate effectively. I also found similar swimsuits on Amazon that fit well and only take a couple days to get.
Loved the products but as I ordered a few different sizes and styles to try on and have been having a hard organizing the returns with costumer service, not to mention you have to pay for all shipping for return and exchanged items.

It's been over a month and the product hasn't shipped. They sent a tracking number a month after the order but the product is just sitting somewhere, was never given to UPS. No response from customer support.
I want a full refund.

The website worked well and the items came quickly. I ordered two items in XL. Item one (shorts) fit perfectly, as described in the size chart. The shorts and top of the other item (also ordered in XL) were a size too big. Not sure why the lack of consistency, but I have been trying to return the too-big bathing suit but received a very confusing description of my options and still no return address. Still waiting on an email back.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
