I have been waiting for my return information for some items I purchased and I have yet to receive an email back with information to return. As for the items I'd like to return, they are too small even though they are the size recommended from the website.

Love every product I have bought from this site. Quality is amazing and fit is great. I hate shopping for swimsuits but I feel comfortable in these suits!

This swimsuit has a little sar ok g skirt at the front desk which is very flattering. Being larger I have difficulty getting nice swimsuits. It's very this one and have bought several. Regarding, the sizing, I am an XL but every other costume U have tried to on, I am a 2xl

First time customer, made best guesses for sizing and quality based on customer reviews.
Loved one of three items purchased, would similar item order again if I had more time prior to my vacation.
Delivery time was slow, products coming from China?
Customer service response time to return needs is slow so far with limited window for return time.
Email is only communication option listed.

This suit is terribly quality and is not long enough. I ordered a one piece and it fits like a thong bikini. But it's huge in the stomach area. Very disappointed

Trying to return two bathing suits and I've had to deal with multiple repetitive and/or irrelevant emails. Very cumbersome process, and so far, unproductive.

I originally ordered 3bathing suits but was advised one was out of stock. I was offered to switch them out or get a refund and chose to continue with my order but be reimbursed for the one bathing suit. I was promptly reimbursed and very satisfied with the rest of my order

I ordered 3 bathing suits and unfortunately none of them fit. 2 were small in the bust and the torso on the 3rd was way too short. I will say their customer service has been very responsive in guiding me through the return process.

I don't buy online so I struggled to know what size to purchase. The measurements were very helpful and seemed true to size. The styles were very pretty and flattering

Great variety of styles & colours & very affordable. It's often difficult to find swimwear to suit different body shapes but meet.curve caters to this.

Using the size guide I ordered a bathing suit top. Pricey at $38.99. Then I was charged $12.99 for shipping and handling. Top was too big. Back-and-forth multiple times via email with customer service trying to return for a refund. After several days was finally allowed Return item for full refund, but had to pay another $12 in shipping and handling so I could get required tracking number. So the $39 bathing suit top ended up costing me $25 and I still don't have one.

I am impressed by both the excellent service after I was informed one item I ordered was back order AND the quality of the product I unwrapped this morning. I am in Québec Canada, order was delivered as planned.

My order took way longer to come than expected. One item was back ordered and I was not informed. The whole order was on hold because of this and no correspondence was sent to inform me of the delay. I had to email the help desk to find out what the hold up was. The help desk was very helpful though and I received a credit for the item that was backordered, and the rest of the order was then shipped promptly and received within a week or so. I was disappointed to find that only two of the 7 items I ordered fit me properly. I guess I should have sized up on some items and size down on others. But how are you to know this. Over all I am happy with the two items. They are a good quality. I haven't looked into sending the others back yet. So we shall see how that goes. My trip is in three weeks so I'm certain I wouldn't get them back in time.

I ordered the same size as the one I am currently wearing of same make, purchased 18 months ago, size is definitely much smaller

I ordered four swimsuits from meet curve. They were all the same size. One was too small, one was much too big. One of them was so poorly made I couldn't even try it on. I'm currently in the process of trying to return my order (which I only have 15 days to do) and their response team just keeps trying to get me to take a partial refund. I have told them over four times that I want a full refund. It is ridiculous. I spent over 100 dollars on absolute crap. I want my money back. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I have been mucked around by other companies so often, it was wonderful to actually receivee what i paid for and it is an excellent quality

While the products are nice I will likely no longer shop here due to the hassle of a return. It is too long and arduous playing the back and forth email game trying to exchange or return a product. I will shop closer to home going forward. Thank you

I used the measurement tool and based myself as an XL but when they arrived they were a little big - especially when you consider they'll get wet and sag.
I thought I could return/exchange but the process was a little unclear. I ended up just reordering but now I have a credit to use in store. It all worked out in the end :)

I paid shipping, then got charged AGAIN for shipping in order to get my order.

Dress fit well, the suit had a very short body to it and didnt fit well...

Yes, very happy with the quality of what I received. Easy to order, nothing complicated and received my order in the next 7 days approx.
