The ordering and delivery of products was wonderful. However I have had issues with the return process. It has taken weeks to get responses on how to return things and I have tp pay for shipping and provide tracking info and other things just to get one item returned.
It has been frustrating.

The items were great and absolutely love them. The process of returning the items that did not fit correctly has been time consuming and tedious. I have yet to receive a return label for the items that are too small. I reordered the items and hoping to receive them in time for my vacation, but it seems to be taking longer than expected.

I have sent two emails with no follow up I just need to do a return and o was looking to purchase new suits not sure if I am up for that communication not so great

Policy states returns can be made within 15 days of delivery. Email *******@meetcurve.com for return authorization. I've emailed 3 times and no one has responded with an address for return and an authorization. Website says they will respond within 24 hrs and that is a lie. I will be forced to do a credit card charge back. BEWARE SHOPPING WITH meetcurve.com!

I was disappointed with all the sizes and the quality of the product. These are not aus sizes. I will just have to loose my money and give all the clothes to charity

I would like to return the items. I have received two emails offering partial refund and twice I have asked to return the items for a full refund. I have sent the requested photo of the intact crotch stickers. One week has elapsed since my last request for a refund and still the refund has not been arranged.

This is the fourth time I have purchased bathing suits from here. They are designed for plus size bodies! Qualities is amazing. I'd be recommend.

Hello. Got the bathing suits and they didn't fit. Tried to return them, made a Trump joke. Still willing to take your offer of 65%.

I described why the bathing suit didn't fit properly. The cut of the bathing suit did not cover the buttocks completely.
After more than a week of waiting for a return address with no response to my emails I still have no way of mailing them back for a refund.

I ordered two bathing suits - 1 was perfect! Love it! The other one didn't even come close to fitting. The dress I ordered came with a pick in the material. The order took a while for delivery.

I ordered 3 pieces, wanted to return them, as they didn't fit.
I was told I had to send them back to China, on my dime.
Unbelievable. They told me I could get a small credit, and keep the pieces.
I'm never ordering from them again

Products are great however size was not suitable, and I am disappointed that I missed the 15 day return. Thought it was like a lot of companies, and was 30 days.
Not I hold 2 items not suitable.
Again product was good, felt the 15 day return should have been longer.

I received the swimsuits and wanted to keep two. The rest did not fit well and I wanted to return. Customer service responded promptly at first but then stopped responding once I said I wanted a full refund instead of store credit.

I have been waiting for my return information for some items I purchased and I have yet to receive an email back with information to return. As for the items I'd like to return, they are too small even though they are the size recommended from the website.

Love every product I have bought from this site. Quality is amazing and fit is great. I hate shopping for swimsuits but I feel comfortable in these suits!

This swimsuit has a little sar ok g skirt at the front desk which is very flattering. Being larger I have difficulty getting nice swimsuits. It's very this one and have bought several. Regarding, the sizing, I am an XL but every other costume U have tried to on, I am a 2xl

First time customer, made best guesses for sizing and quality based on customer reviews.
Loved one of three items purchased, would similar item order again if I had more time prior to my vacation.
Delivery time was slow, products coming from China?
Customer service response time to return needs is slow so far with limited window for return time.
Email is only communication option listed.

This suit is terribly quality and is not long enough. I ordered a one piece and it fits like a thong bikini. But it's huge in the stomach area. Very disappointed

Trying to return two bathing suits and I've had to deal with multiple repetitive and/or irrelevant emails. Very cumbersome process, and so far, unproductive.

I originally ordered 3bathing suits but was advised one was out of stock. I was offered to switch them out or get a refund and chose to continue with my order but be reimbursed for the one bathing suit. I was promptly reimbursed and very satisfied with the rest of my order
