I think the product arrived quickly. It's a little big and it is unclear of the exchange process. Tried to make contact but no one has responded.

It has taken multiple emails to receive a response from customer service and still no satisfactory outcome has occurred.

I liked the swimsuits I ordered, but I'm currently trying to return them and the process is taking a frustratingly long time

I ordered two suits which do not fit. I have had complete radio silence from the company since requesting a return. Absolutely horrendous customer service and frankly the suits are ugly and the bottoms look like diapers. Avoid at all costs!

Perfect! I am 5'4 and 110 lbs, I bought an XS and it is exactly what I want! Shorts are perfectly tight the way I wanted (don't have to wear bikini bottom with it)! I am small chested and have a bigger bottom so I was worried about this but it worked perfectly! The material is also very comfy and it covers everything I wanted!

I have been trying to have a return processed since the day my items arrived and have yet to receive instructions on how to return my items.

It was good, all problems were resolved and one bathing suit was stunning and decently affordable

Cute suits, slow customer support. I swapped out the cups in the tops because they were super stiff

Easy to order and work with. Package did not track for some reason and I wasn't sure if it got lost because it did take a little while. Received it eventually and really love it

I need to return items from my order because they do not fit well. I have reached out to customer service to start the return process and I have had no response. I emailed them twice and no one has gotten back to me yet. I would not order from them again. And I hope I can somehow get my money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for my daughter and neither of them worked for her. I read the return procedure on the website which consisted of having to request a return via email and wait for an approval before being able to return items. It has been 4 days since I sent the return request and I have not received a response. This is not convenient. Other companies allow you to notify them of your return on their site and send an approval immediately.

Wish there was an app though. Navigating on my phone's browser is tricky.

Terrible--haven't gotten my order delivered yet, so not sure why I am getting this

It was a little scrary ordering off of social media but...Would highly recommend to anyone for good quality swimwear, full coverage on the bottom and quick delivery.
