I have emailed customer service 5 times requesting information on how to return 2 swimsuits. NO RESPONSE!
Bought 2 different sized one piece costumes as unsure of which one would be the best fit. I now have one to return. Have sent repeated emails, photo and explanation to the customer service address to request the return information as instructed to in the Returns and Exchange section but heard NOTHING! Seafancy this is the first and last product I shall buy from you. Fellow customers, be warned if you are likely to need to return an item.

Unfortunately I received a swim suit that was not made properly the rushing in front was not well done and therefore the swimsuit looked awful on. SeaFancy although they acknowledged this wanted me to pay for postage to return it. I would not buy from this site again.
Only thing I'd recommend is being able to select colors and patterns from one style page, versus scrolling through them all
I ordered two bathing suits from Sea Fancy. They arrived fairly quickly, but i was completely did when they arrived. The proportions/sizing were very odd, and the material was incredibly thin and cheap feeling. According to their site you cannot simply do a return, you must contact them first. Only then will they give you the address to send it to. You have to pay for return shipping and if they *graciously* decide to refund your items they withhold shipping as well. However, when i emailed that i wanted to return i had radio silence for two weeks. Finally i placed a dispute on my credit card, and only then did they send an email with their return address, solely so they could refute the chargeback. In the chargeback documents they claim they "promptly emailed me back" with a return address and i kept the items. What a freaking joke

Well, the swim suits eventually arrived about a month after my card was charged. Tried on the purchases, contacted them about returning the ones that don't fit. They were very hesitant to give me a return label, asking twice if I'd take a partial refund. I said I have no use for clothes that don't fit. Finally, they sent return label, I paid to have them shipped back. No refund sent. I contacted them again, they said "it was refunded". I was charged for these swimsuits 3 months ago and still haven't received my refund. Not worth your time. Scammers
My initial review posted 7/20/23 focused on the fact I did not hear from SeaFancy after sending several emails requesting return information for a bathing suit that was too large and indicating I had already placed an order for a smaller size.
I eventually received return information, but only after I had filed a claim with PayPal's resolution team, and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for the suit I was trying to return. PayPal was of no help because I did not have evidence of a return. However, my credit card company issued a full credit to me based on SeaFancy's not responding to multiple emails.
When SeaFancy sent me a return address and instructions they indicated that upon receipt and inspection of the suit they would issue a refund for the suit, but not the original shipping. I promptly returned the suit. The subsequent email from the company said they could not refund my money because the amount of my claim included the shipping cost. They advised me they would send my refund if I closed my claim.
Closing the claim would have made me immediately responsible for the full charge for merchandise that was already returned. I contacted my credit card company to request they reduce the claim to the cost of the suit. They indicated from their perspective the claim was now settled and closed, therefore no adjustment would be made. They advised me it was my choice whether or not to continue corresponding with SeaFancy. I have chosen not to.
However, they have lost a customer and potential additional revenue. I have worn the smaller sized suit to my club several times. Each time I have received compliments and been asked where I purchased it. As soon as I talked about my customer service experience, everyone decided they did not want to take a chance on ordering from SeaFancy in case they also had a service issue.
I should have paid attention to the significant number of 1 ratings, the overwhelming majority of which are related to extremely poor customer service.
Love the fit of the suits. I'm not sure about how long they will last, but the quality is good enough to last a summer or two.
The product I received was poorly made and I wanted to return it. There was no returns label so contacted on several occasions customer service. There was no reply for a time. Eventually got a reply suggestion I could accept some compensation and keep the item. There was still no returns label or an address to return it to. Have emailed 3 times so far to say I will have the compensation but have had no reply. This company y is appalling. Or is it a scam?. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
Do not order from this company. They are crooks. I am waiting for a refund. They do not respond to emails or messages. I wanted a return address and they wouldn't give it to me - they offered me a 30% refund and I said no, then a 60% refund and I accepted and then a 65% refund. But nothing has come! I have clicked one star but really they don't deserve that!
The shipment took a long time to arrive and the swimsuits I ordered were poor quality.
The description says that the model is wearing a small, but according to her hip measurements and by the chart she should we wearing an XL. So based on the size the model is wearing and my measurements I got a large, but might order again and try a medium because even a large is a bit big and the top is very loose in the band.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
