Don't buy from this company. Loads of ads on Facebook and Instagram but haven't had the order, I'm not convinced it's a real company.

Don't use them! They don't answer when you email… emailed them a few times and my return is still pending… the returns process is BS! Con artists! Plus washed the one I kept once and it's fluffed up with white balls! Waste of my money! Never trust new sights, I'll stick to high streets brands that I know for future.

I ordered a swimsuit from SeaFancy, and then received an email that my size was out of stock. I told them to cancel the order and I went back and ordered it in another size. It's been months now, and they still have not sent either order. They then said they do not issue refunds! And they're not answering my emails now.
I ordered several bathing suits at the beginning of May, and after almost a month of them not shipping, I contacted customer service. Suddenly a shipping label was generated and I got an email with a tracking number. By that point, I no longer wanted the items I'd ordered and I asked to cancel the order. They were able to intercept it before it shipped, so I did not end up receiving the items and I can't speak to their quality. However, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. I am very dissatisfied and am worried that I will never get my money back! I have not heard back from customer service about the refund. Although the suits seem cute on the website, I would not trust this company.
Do not do any business with this company. If you look up other customers' experiences you will find the same story over and over again. They do not respond to emails for returns or exchanges. This is how they steal your money. I ordered four swimsuits to try on, was unsatisfied with how they fit, and emailed to ask for a return. They ignored my first several emails. When they finally did respond (after I threatened a lawsuit), they sent me a shipping address in New York. I had to pay for the shipping of course. I sent my tracking number to them and know the package has been delivered, but they are now ignoring all of my emails. I'm getting my lawyer involved but wanted others to be aware. Stay far away from them.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! I ordered two swimsuits from them back in March because I thought they were very cute and were exactly what I was looking for. They didn't arrive until May, far outside of their expected time delivery. Both fit strangely on me and I decided to return them. I have sent so many emails that I lost track. When I emailed asking where my swimsuits were they told me to be patient and that I couldn't cancel my order. Every time I tried to initiate a return they wouldn't answer for weeks and then would ask if I'd like to exchange it for something else, despite me saying on multiple occasions that I just wanted to return them. It's now mid-June and I was finally able to ship them back. Not a word on when I'll be getting my refund back. This is some of the worst customer service I've seen. Don't buy from them if you don't want to lose all that money.
They made it extremely difficult to obtain their return address and only provided it when I initiated a dispute with the credit card company. Avoid.
Their bathing suit size ran extremely small (not even close to the appropriate size) in comparison to the same size from other companies as well as expected fit. That wouldn't be a problem if this were a responsive company, but unfortunately emails sent one week ago and three days ago have gone unanswered. There is no other way to contact this company. If this changes, I will update the review, but at the moment I am regretting this purchase and feel compelled to warn others not to waste their money.
Product was fine but did not fit. It is impossible to return. I follow the directions on the website and emailed them three times with no response. I then tried to contact them on Facebook, still no response. You better be sure you want a swimsuit from them because once you get it, there's no going back.

I ordered 6 swimsuits and they came too late and the fabric quality is very poor.
All of them still have the original tags on them and I requested a refund. I got an email back after 6 days (not 24 hours as promised) asking me if I would accept a 30% refund or exchange for different products.
I politely replied "no" and another person wrote back and again asked if I would take a 30% refund or an exchange. I've emailed "no" again and haven't heard back after 2 days.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
