These swimsuits were super cute but they wore out super fast!

They do not respond to a refund request. Got in touch with the twice. Never going to buy from them again.

I ordered a bathing suit in two sizes because I wasn't sure which size would fit me. I went to return the other one, but they never got back to me with instructions for returns even though I followed all the steps on their website (twice). If I can't get in touch with them this week, I'll have to dispute the charge with my bank

Easy to pick and pay, love the quality of the product

Unlike some reviewers on other review sites, I can't complain about the quality of the swimsuits I ordered but you simply cannot return items unless you are prepared to pay for postage back to the USA. I ordered two swimsuits in different sizes, always intending to send one back. The website implies that the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage, and I was OK with that, until I realised I have to pay for a transatlantic delivery. If you contact Seafancy to enquire about returns - or anything else for that matter - you are unlikely to get a response within 10 days. If you do ask about returning items, the (eventual) reply offers two options: (1) You can keep the item you don't want (you'll get a partial refund), have the exchange item sent to you (there's a shipping fee for this). (2) Keep the item you don't want and you'll get 30% refund.

I have been trying to return for over a month. They tell you not to return to the address on the package, but there is no other address on the site. I got one useless response to my request for one and now no one responds at all. I only put one star because this site won't let me leave it blank.

Very poor! First time ordering, was skeptical at first, but decided to go ahead based on their written procedure for returns. I am now out $160.00 and stuck with these poor quality swimsuites.

A customer service rep. Named Sophie from Seafancy got back to me once in regards to setting up the return and then never got back to me again with an address to mail the items back. I sent numerous emails to them and all emails have gone unanswered. SEAFANCY IS A SHAM!

Love my suit! Took 3 weeks to get to me in NJ…hoping the second one come as fast

I got my order, but it didn't fit. These suits are knock offs from other sites and I was aware of that...having found the same suit on another site for twice the price. The suits fit TERRIBLY so I wanted to return. It took me threatening them for them to respond to that email and offer a discount. I told them I didn't want the discount, but to return and get a full refund and after at least 3 more follow ups over the course of 2 weeks I STILL haven't heard from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH A CRAP SUIT AND NO WAY TO RETURN!

Easy website, good pictures of swimsuits, lots of options that were more on the modest side but still really cute.

Returns are not intuitive. Not the Amazon experience.

There is no returns process or customer service department- the clothes are cheap and hideous - avoid this company at all costs.

The 2 swimsuits did not fit well, too small around shoulders and too big and high around front of thighs. Tried to return them, you have to email to request a return but they do not respond to multiple emails I have sent. I'm so upset as I can ill afford to waste that money. Would not recommend.

Customer service requires that you email them for a refund. However, customer service doesn't respond to emails! I've emailed them four times for a refund/return request and heard nothing. Searching online tells me that this has happened to lots of other people too.
