After ten days, my order was still sitting without any shipping info so I contacted support. That seemed to prompt them to look at order and realize one item was out of stock. I immediately requested the order be cancelled since it wouldn't get here in time for my trip (the order still hadn't shipped). That email was responded to 22 hours later, and my request was ignored and instead they finally shipped it with a tracking #. I now have asked to return everything - we will see if I ever get a response. It would have saved them $ and time to just cancel. Oh and fun fact that I keep getting emails confirming I received all items with no ability for me to contest that the one item was out of stock and I have yet to see a refund.

I strongly advise against buying from Sea Fancy unless your 100% sure you'll like it and it fits. If not, its unlikely you'll get anyone from "customer service" to reply. Why they don't provide their returns policy on the website I have no idea. What legitimate company does not do that! I've spent £33 on a badly constructed swim suit and no way of returning it. The company should be reported and I intend to if I do not get a response soon. Sea Fancy its against the law in the UK not to provide this service to your customers
Product was what I expected and delivery timely. Wish I could mix and match sizes. I am a medium top and large bottom.
I put an order in on 22/6/23 and have heard nothing from them about my order or when I can expect a delivery. I have attempted to email them, but still no answer to my questions. I will have to cancel my order if I don't hear anything soon. If you have the same problem I don't think you will hear from them.
I ordered several suits for a Hawaiian vacation. Unfortunately the suits did not arrive in time for my trip. They are lovely retro styles and seem well-made, but all but one are too big. I ordered sizes based on measurements from the SeaFancy site, but I should have ordered a size smaller. I will have to exchange. So far, I haven't had any success contacting SeaFancy about making returns/exchanges.

I ordered two swimsuits in the same size, one fits well and the other is loose fitting in the lower half. Additionally, the pockets are tiny and not functional. However, I do like the overall style and appearance of both suits.
Easy peasy friendly I love that there is a sizing chart that give dress sizes so your order the right size. Then to top off my great experience they send a follow up email just to make sure I got my order! You don't see a lot of that these days.
I will include their extremely late response to my several emails. I honestly cannot believe companies keep getting away with this.
Took 2 weeks to return an email. And I had already done exactly what was asked on the website, yet they returned yet, they still wouldn't provide a label and had about 9 other hoops to jump through. Stop shopping with these people!
Notice the dates it took to get a response. Then read the response. All they asked for was that you email requesting a label. Now they want more!? Pictures you have to send and now they expect to explain in extreme detail why you don't want it. How about...it doesn't look right? It's a swimsuit I cannot try on till it's sent. Why would that be unusual to return or exchange? I found their response unusual and insane. If you enjoy shoots and ladders. Go ahead and purchase from this company.
I bought a few swimsuits, kept two and wanted to return two. Company does not to respond to multiple emails or messages sent via IG or Facebook. Purchase knowing you will NOT be able to return items.
Shopping was awesome. Like the choices but it did take awhile to get them in the mail.

Having seen a site with a CA in the URL, I was excited to look at your products, and had decided to order a few suits.
I am a strong believer in reviews and read the good and the bad to determine if I shop there or not. With the bad reviews outweighing the good reviews I decided not to risk my money.
What I find interesting is that on the reviews that were not so positive to the company there is dear air...in that there was no reply to disparaging disatified customers comments... and this speaks volumes.
A company that cares about its clients will respond in kind even if the review is bad. How can you do better if you don't know any better. Reviews count, word of mouth counts, and a company that cares responds either way.
It's the worst I have ever experienced! Don't shop with this lot! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Emailed on a number of occasions and by Face book Messenger and no response. I just wanted to return an item. They are different to any company I've dealt with - you have to email them to return items and they would respond in 1day, nope. You can't send to address on the package either! Anyone managed to return items? If so can you share the details please. Never again!
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
