Really great service! I was in an ATV accident and couldnt really get much cleaning done but Scrubbi was super helpful. They took instruction well and didn't mind me Wheeling around the house while they cleaned.

Hired Scrubbi last minute for a clean when I was moving. They were able to get me an appointment the day after. Cleaner was awesome. We had a small puppy in the home who's super energetic and she was great at keeping him occupied and still doing her job. My main concern was the kitchen and bathrooms and both were cleaned very thoroughly. The person we booked the appointment with sent us their checklist so we knew exactly what to expect. All in all, a great service and I'd use them again if needed.

We had called in Scrubbi at the last minute since may in laws were coming over and, to be honest, I hadn't cleaned the stuff they "inspect" whenever they come over so Scrubbi got it all done the next day! We signed up for a service every two weeks after that and it's amazing! I get to spend so much extra time doing other stuff around the house (organizing, primping, ect.).

From start to finish Scrubbi takes care of everything. The moment you call in to get a quote you are greeted with a Scrubbi concierge, who makes you feel valued and listened too. They were able to adapt their cleans to my specific needs and wants.
SUCH a positive experience from start to finish. The clean was incredible, Bailey did such an amazing job. She even took extra time in my kids rooms, and in my kitchen. I would HIGHLY recommend her if she's available.

My husband and I both work a lot and have other commitments outside of the house as well, but also like to host our of town guests and dinner parties quite often. We don't have time to maintain the house cleaning on our own but would hate to have guests in our dirty house! Scrubbi has alleviated so much stress for us in that regard. They come every two weeks and leave the house spick and span! And if I ever need to move an appointment or add an extra cleaning the customer support is friendly and quick to respond!

I have used Scrubbi for seven years now for a once every two weeks house cleaning. I only took a break for a two month period while I was traveling. The service saves me from a lot of mental stress as I cannot bring myself to clean on my own. They are great to deal with and other than updating a credit card every now and then I don't really need go contact them much. They just show up every two weeks when I am at work and I come home to a tidy house.

I hired Scrubbies for a pre agreed on time 8 week period and paid them up front for the work. The cleaning was reasonable but inconsistent. At the end of the period they took $718.68 from my Amex without my approval - they new from the beginning that I did not want to continue with their service. I contacted them multiple times about this and they would not refund me the money. I contacted Amex who put a temporary hold but then later gave them the money after they showed that it was in their policy to make automated withdrawal - I never agreed to automated withdrawal, but it was buried in their terms of agreement, which of course I did not read in detail. They state that the automated withdraw was "for my convenience" - really? They stole my money and won't give it back!

The cleaner did virtually NO Cleaning! I could not believe my eyes! I came home after a full day, expecting to see a clean house. Nope! The cleaner had done virtually nothing! Only windows were washed. That's it! Even the window tracks were still filthy, Window casings were filthy, floors not even swept, counters note wiped (I know because they had a layer of grit and dust plus, there had been a few sticky spots - that were still there! You can't miss that! BUSTED! Plus NO sweeping or vacuuming! None! NO Wall washing! None! Plus, I had to pay for tons of other extras - that were not done!
THEY WOULD NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM!
GUARANTEE WAS USELESS! DON'T USE THEM AND DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE!

Since I started using bimonthly Scrubbi services my quality of life has definitely improved. I now have more time to declutter and prepare for our eventual move to a smaller place. I love the way our house looks after a Scrubbi treatment. I especially appreciate the way some of the Scrubbi cleaners work very hard, paying attention to detail and going the extra mile. For example, on October 28 I noticed how the couch throws were neatly folded, the garbage can, stove, and kitchen sinks sparkled, and even the kitchen window above the sink was spotless.

I have had 3 different cleaners coming to my home, and not one of them was able to deliver the promised services.
I am not sure if they are training them, and or advising them on what needs to be done, however, as of yet I have not once had a clean house after them leaving.
I have sent photos last time, with what the short comings were, the cleaner they sent to remediate soaked all my wood floors, while not cleaning others, were the first one didn't clean them at all.
Today another cleaner came, again not all floors are cleaned/washed, the kitchen was not cleaned at all, my appliances are still dirty, and yes dusting didn't happen and the main floor bathroom hasn't seen a cleaner either. The cleaner was done in just over two hours, for a 1700Sqft house with all hardwood/tile floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large kitchen.
My apologies, but I have cleaned my house for quite some time and I know that this can not be accomplished in that time frame.
I called again and wanted to speak to a manager, to come to an agreement, as of what is expected in regards to what the expectations are from a house cleaning service and was told he/she isn't available.
So I asked for the cleaner to return as my house isn't clean, and it is ThanksGiving weekend, and guess what, your not able to do so, for a weekend I have friends and family coming over.

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company, especially the so called premium move out clean. You'll pay a premium but the services listed are not, as the website would have you believe, all included. They should be since it's billed as a "worry free set price". WORRY! Nothing that would be usual in a move out clean, despite being listed on their site is included. They count on the fact you are stressed to cut corners or charge more. After paying over $500 the stove and fridge were not touched, among other problems and the buyers want to sue. I contacted Scrubbie and they could care less, that's when they point out the tricks. They won't fix the mess they left or issue a partial refund. Doing the work yourself is preferable then being "taken to the cleaners".

I was not satisfied with the first 3 cleans of my new place in Edmonton so I called Scrubbi for some professional service. Working with many different cleaners in BC through my work, I have a high standard. Scrubbi collected a large fee from me understanding my concern and promised to send me their more experienced cleaner and even gave me her name. The person that showed up at my door was a different person who only started cleaning two weeks ago and didn't know how to operate a wet vac. Construction dust was my main concern! Now they are telling me a manager will try to get back to me in 3 days but there is nothing they can do and they can't refund my money. Scrubbi, you just stole my money. Call me back immediately
