My cleaner was amazing! We loved all the work that she did and the attention to detail! Due to COVID I have had to take some time off from cleanings but the person who came went above and beyond! She deserves a raise!

Had them clean a condo of mine that was vacated. Happened last minute and they managed to send a lady over the next morning right away. Pleased with the result.

My partner and I both work full-time and we simply do not have time to clean our home. Scrubbi came to the rescue. Our cleaners are always so nice and do an extremely great job. Their customer service team is always extremely helpful as well. Keep it up, Scrubbi!

Very happy with the services we've received so far from Scrubbi. We got a good promotion and the quality has been on par with other cleaning companies we have used in the past.

I have been using scrubbis for a few months now and I am happy with the level of cleaning I receive and the staff is very helpful. The only thing I was not aware of during my first cleaning was they do not do your dishes, which was explained to me why. Will definitely continue to use as it makes my life easier not to have to clean as well each month and more just maintain my home between periods between cleaners. If you need to change your appointments they have friendly staff who always help as well! Overall love the cleaning and flexibility. My one request would be for them to do dishes in the future!

Over the past year my partner and I have received nothing but great cleanings and tremendous customer service from this company.
We initially started with a move out cleaning in 2019 and then took advantage of a really good deal after and continued for a year after. We will continue with this company as they have been dependable and accountable every time they have needed to come, and that's saying a lot with everything going on in the world right now.
Very happy overall and if you want a good cleaning company Scrubbi is definitely one to look at.

Terrible cleaning service was provided throughout the contract. I am appalled at how this so called cleaning company has continued to operate till today. Firstly, let me be clear this is a communications company, not a typical cleaning service provider.

They hire their cleaning staff as independent contractors. These contractors are not paid gas money. As well as, the contractors also pay for cleaning supplies out of their own pocket. On the other hand, they will cleverly ask the customer to provide a vacuum, mop, and a broom (citing cross contamination as the reason, oh please). Notice how the company isn't paying for any of this, besides maybe hungry for acquiring more customers. Again I know this because I have spoken to a few cleaners as the level of inconsistency between one cleaner to another had been mind boggling. One may be excellent while the other knows nothing about cleaning at all.

Honestly, this isn't surprising as the cleaners are given NO training. Rather, all they have to do is pass a cheap background check and if they pass, they are just given a one size fits all checklist and told to do their best. Also, the worst part, if the cleaner breaks anything at the client's home, the cleaner pays for it all. And the cleaner also works long shifts alone, upwards of over 8 hours. And from what I know, the pay is paltry. Again, I will not name this cleaner, well because not only did I forget her name now lol, but also because she may still be working for this company.

So if anything gets stolen from your home, you are out of luck. The best they will do is credit you for the amount of clean you purchased back onto the account. (Also mentioned in their terms and conditions) And forget about even asking for refunds, they will RIP you apart just for asking.

I'd suggest reading their terms and conditions which can be found by a quick web search or on the site. (prepare yourself to be shocked) as well as dont pay for a year upfront, you will regret it, trust me when I say this. They will cancel on you last minute, and quality is just not on par. As when they make a booking, they will cleverly ask within their whole schpeel if you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the website, a normal consumer would say yes, but I would suggest you actually read it first and take your time.

I had requested cleaning services from this company.
Please allow me to warn you that they charged me $600 with promises to have the house cleaned based on what I am paying for.
Top floor - no windows were cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, floors not touched, walls not wiped.( I was assured walls will be washed)
Main floor- counters not touched, lower cabinets cleaned, top cabinets not touched, floors were cleaned, closets not swept or mopped, walls not washed
Basement- not touched at all.
When I called to complain, and yes, I was very frustrated, I was told they have a 24 hour policy if not satisfied.
Not having being able to accommodate that because of various reasons, they offered me a $194 refund- for job not completed and want to wash their hands off this problem.
Please watch out!

Very good cleaning service. Been using cleaners almost 10 years now and used scrubbi the past 4. Have had times where they make last second changes but always they confirm with me before any changes are made. Great help when i make changes my schedule is very all over the place as i am often away and need to reschedule or cancel. Everytime the have not made me feel bad for last minute changes and that is very important for me as i do have anxiety and their team has always helped and been friendly. Cleaning is good quality i have seen several of their cleaners over the years and have to say christine was the best but each time ive had a new person come in they have been great. Sometimes if a thing was missed and i called to complain scrubbi sent another person to help and get all tings done. I have lots of things that take up my time and scrubbi has always been helpful. Thanks!

We hired and paid Scrubbi $400.00 to do a detailed cleaning of our empty condo that we were selling. We had the trust and belief that this company would do a great in job making sure that our place was clean and presentable for a few showings of the condo that were booked.

The cleaner came to clean the condo on Monday, September 21st. The following morning I came to do a quick inspection of the condo before the condo showings were to begin. When I walked in to the condo I couldn't believe my eyes. The carpets were dirty and there were bit of paper all over the carpet, essentially it was never vacuumed. The top of the fridge was not cleaned, oven was not cleaned, blinds were not cleaned, she just slashed some bleach in the tub and this left streaks.

I can't believe that this company would charge us $400 dollars for this type of work and I bet the cleaner wasn't in our condo for even an hour cleaning.

Since the condo was still a complete mess we had to spend three hours cleaning to make the place somewhat presentable to the potential buys. When we called Scrubbi to get a complete refund they advised us that they dont provide refunds, they told us that they could have another cleaner some and clean the place. However, this didn't work for us since we were having showings in just a few hours.

Worst Service and no empathy.

We hired this company to provide a "Deep Clean" of our house as we prepare it for sale, in addition we asked them to clean the inside of the fridge for us. For this "service" we paid $350.00 in advance. We were led to believe that the single cleaner who came to our house would stay to complete all the work. We have a 2100 sq. Foot home with 3 bedrooms (to be cleaned), 1 full bathroom, 2 half-bathrooms, and a Powder Room. As well we have a kitchen, family room, dining room, and living room. The house has recently been painted, so no walls or baseboards needed to be cleaned. The young lady who came to clean the house was concerned when she arrived, she had apparently been allotted 4 hours to do a deep clean (it was extended to 5 hours), but then she had to leave for another appointment, leaving a significant amount of work undone. We have been advised that someone will come back to complete the work, but in four days time, and at great inconvenience to us. There is no way a "deep clean" can be done of a house, our size, in 4 hours, or even 5 hours. Our cleaner is apparently paid less than $20/hour, but Scrubbi, based on the 4 hour allotment she was given, was anticipating making almost $90/hour. In addition, the cleaner is apparently expected to purchase their own cleaning supplies, and of course, pay for their own transportation. On re-reading the information on the Scrubbi web-site, it appears that they perform minimal screening of the cleaners, they are not bonded, and I suspect, not insured. I should obviously have done more homework before hiring this company, but we will certainly never use them again, and would caution anyone else against so doing.

Scrubbi really came in clutch for me I had in-laws coming in for the weekend and I had just gotten back from a work trip when my dog got sick (yuck yuck yuck) took care of the big mess myself but that took a lot of time to get a carpet cleaning hand tool and I didn't have time to actually get the cleaning done which I HAVE to do because my mother in law is Romanian and does not have any tolerance for homes that are not in aboslutely perfect condition even though BOTH people living in the home have full time jobs. Either way I booked this company last minute and they came in and did a great job and my MIL didn't make any remarks about the cleanliness of our hokme so that get a 5/5 from me!
