My partner booked this company for a move out/open house clean. He was very detailed in what we needed done. He forgot we needed 2 ovens cleaned but he told them that we had 3 stories and 5 bathrooms that needed to be scrubbed down. The main floor walls were just painted so we did not need walls cleaned on the main floor. We needed to have window jams, windows and floors cleaned. Most of the furniture had been removed. First of all they charged a whopping 600 dollars and when they found out we needed 2 ovens cleaned - racks scrubbed and self cleaned - they charged another 200 dollars! One person showed up. I asked where the other people were and was told they always send 1 person. It took her 4 hours to do 3 bathrooms that were cleaned by another cleaner on a regular basis. She wiped the kitchen and thats all the time she had. Just freakin ridiculous. We had to clean the rest as we had an open house the next day.

Truly great company and services. They have great customer service and will follow up after a clean. Never have to worry about not being satisfied as they offer a satisfactory guarantee. I will never book with anyone other than Scrubbi.

The quality and the punctuality is excellent. I always choose morning appointments with scrubbi because its very peaceful to come back to a clean home. With scrubbi, now I have time for myself as I dont have to stress about cleaning anymore. Value for money.

As a mom of two teenaged boys, I really need(ed) help keeping the house clean. Scrubbi is not a good option, however, though the price seemed right. I wonder how the cleaners even could make money. That said, the cleaning more times than not, was a big disappointment and I always had to clean more. I spoke to customer service a few times. I even had a ring go missing and no consideration from management. I can appreciate standing by their staff, but I legit am missing a very special ring since the cleaner was in my home.
I have since cancelled, even though I have 3 months prepaid. I do not trust them to come into my home. Not a nice feeling.

The service was seamless from booking to the finished clean.
The cleaner arrived on time did a wonderful job was efficient and friendly! Customer service followed up after the clean to make sure I was satisfied. What a wonderful company! I'll be booking more services going forward!

I hired this company to do a moveout clean. One very young inexperienced woman arrived two hours late. Obviously she could not do a proper cleaning job in the time we had left before moveout inspection (or even if she had all the time in the world, for that matter, as she was poorly trained, not her fault at all, poor girl) I had to pay for a whole new clean and my damage deposit was docked. This company does not care about their employees or their customers. They demand you provide all your own equipment and they are completely unreliable.

Did a horrible job. Would not use again. Customer service rep was condescending. Left sink overflowing with dishes even though my dishwasher was empty. Folded my dirty clothes left in the bin. Through my clean clothes left on my dresser in a big pile on my bed. Super odd.

Had them come to 2 of my rental properties, they were able to book everything online, showed up with the proper products and did a good job. Tenants had no isssues and will continue to use them in the future

We've been using Scrubbi for about 14 months now and we've been very happy with both the customer service and the cleaning professionals. They are prompt, corteus and efficient always. Very happy

They charged me for 4 cleaning over 1000 dollars and the maid came and because she didn't want to work or was being lazy she made up an accuse about weed smell and left half way thru the cleaning. The manager then called me and said they will no longer be coming to my house and will not be returning my money! This company is a JOKE! How dare you take 1000 dollars from someone and deny them a refund or service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Had this company in last week for a moving in cleaning. They did a great job and I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the cleaner. Would recommend a post tipping option though in the future but other than that absolutely no complaints.

I liked how professional yet laid back this company has been. It's organized but also personable. Cleanings have been fantastic and they have all been super polite and friendly towards myself, my wife and two kiddos

We moved recently. Of course, I was thinking I'd be able to get everything done myself before we had to hand over the keys, including cleaning the place. Well in the eleventh hour it became pretty apparent that was not going to happen. I called Scrubbi and they were able to fit us in the same day. Our place was cleaned perfectly and all our interactions with them, from booking, to the cleaner, to the wonderful lady who called after our cleaning to make sure we were satisfied, we're all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!
