Updated review: upgraded review to 2 stars because I finally received the missing bottle of perfume. This order was originally placed on December 18th, not February 5th as company states. Pleased with the product but took a little too long to receive complete order.
I ordered some perfume, I had to pay $10.00 shipping, there were no other options. That made my purchase more than I wanted to pay.

I am sooooo grateful for this company. Been trying for many years, without success, to find an acceptable substitute for my all-time favorite, My Sin. Can hardly wait to receive product.
Their first attempt was NOTHING even remotely close to the scent I was hoping to match. They offered to send a sample kit for a second try but that took over a month to get. I wrote to them several times and got no response. I finally sent in the kit and haven't heard a word or received my perfume.

Doing the ordering here was easy and no problems what's so ever.
The first scent they sent me was nothing like the scent I ordered. Then they asked me to send a sample so I used the very little I had to send them. The scent they sent me the second time did not smell anything like the sample I sent them. I am not a scent expert but I could tell they were nothing alike. I wasted the last few drops from my perfume for them which was a total waste.
I kinda thought since they had so many fragrances listed and charged such a high price that they had reproduced alot of fragrances and the public was pleased with the reproduction. I wish i had read the reviews now. I ordered Abercrombie's classic scent and it smelled like roses! No where near the clean freah scent of the original perfume. Then they asked if i could send them a sample so they could try to maych it? I wish they would have asked for that before i paid 70$ and i would have known they were unfamiliar with the scent! Oh well, i lost 70$. Never again!
I ordered it a week ago and still haven't received it. Not happy! And now I have to add more characters to get this to go? Maybe I should go to BBB and make a formal complaint? I will make sure to tell everyone on Facebook NOT to order from you because you don't get what you paid for. Is that enough characters for you?
After the first cologne arrived, it did not smell like A&F "Woods". It was a little similar, but it had a smell reminiscent of a household cleaner. I sent in a sample of the original, and after nearly 2 months, I received the 2nd sample. It was overwhelming with a citrus scent-and reminded my wife and I of lemon pledge.

Website says they 99% of fragrances within 8 business days. I guess I'm in the 1%. Ordered January 19 - still not received (Feb 9 now) - no communication on delay until I contacted them - and got a generic email "Your order is in process and should be shipped out approximately in 3-5 business days." Still waiting. If it's a difficult match that takes 3 weeks - then let me know! Communication is the key to good customer service and it's not here - yet I've received 3 "Rate Your Experience" emails - so here's my experience. Since I paid through PayPal, I've contacted them to get a refund. Buyer Beware!
Hello... while I realize that this fragrance has been discontinued for MANY YEARS, the fragrance I received smells really GOOD. However, it does not meet my expectations. I know that it is probably VERY HARD to duplicate a fragrance that "old". Please don't misunderstand, I will KEEP the cologne because the fragrance smells very good. But, I wore HYPNOTIQUE for many years & I remember the fragrance just like I purchased it yesterday!

Everything went as expected. Only complaint is after processing order, pop up to get a second bottle at half price. But this doesnt happen until you complete the order, making you process a second order to get the second bottle. I was going to get it but backed out after I saw that. Otherwise was a normal transaction.
They sent my first sample and it was not even close to what our original cologne was so I contacted them and I mailed in a very small sample of what our cologne was. The second sample was not close either, and both bottles did not smell good enough to use. They are suppose to be mailing me a bottle of something that I had to choose from their line, but don't really need it.
I'm so sad. I've waited for this perfume for a month anxiously awaiting the scent that I remember from the 80's and this perfume is nowhere close to the original. Very disappointing that I paid $70 for this!
