I ordered my first perfume from ScentMatchers and was very pleased. I decided to try Cotillion, a discontinued scent Avon made in the 60's and 70's. Smells just the way I remember. The scent is long lasting and Beautiful! I got the matching lotion to go with it, makes for perfect layering.It took a while to receive but was well worth the wait.
Initially, had an issue with delivery. On the day it was to arrive via 2-day FedEx, I received a message from Scentmatchers confirming delivery. I had to inform them that I had not received it. They agreed it was a FedEx issue. Instead of sending the replacement order 2-day delivery (which would have been reasonable customer service), they chose UPS which took an entire week. I ordered Jan 11, it finally arrived today - Feb 7. After waiting almost a month, I am beyond disappointed to find that what I have received is definitely NOT a match to the Victoria's Secret Rapture that I had requested. Total fail all the way around. Would not recommend.

I paid $60 to get the Hollister Ryder Scent, they tried 3 times, and I was not pleased at all either time. They could not get the scent right at all, all 3 bottles they sent me stunk, and did not smell anywhere near the scent of Hollister Ryder Perfume.
Ordering was very easy. My favorite cologne has been retired and I have not found any cologne that comes close to it. I hope that you will be able to duplicate my cologne. Caru by Garden of Ireland.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Found this company and had very high hopes after reading all the comments on their Facebook page, didn't see any negative reviews so I though waht the heck, I'll try them out. Bought 2 bottles of what was supposed to be Whitewater Rush, not even close. Contacted Scentmatchers and they wanted me to send them a sample of the original so they could try again, it's on their list of scents they've already matched? Told them I couldn't send any in and they asked what they should do to make it smell more like the original. Really? I'm not the expert, you guys are supposed to be! Left a comment on their Facebook page and guess what? They deleted it and blocked me. Got me. Now I know why there were no negative comments before. I can't believe that Facebook lets companies do this and I can't believe that this company would do that. Terrible customer service all the way around. If you're reading this review, go look at their Facebook page and see if you can find any negative comments at all, they delete all of them. Very shady company, will never deal with these guys again.
Fedex 2 day shipping. It has been over a week and they have not even emailed me to say it has even been shipped out yet. I emailed customer service with no response.
They made it sound great. Even listed my Aveda "Eros" scent from many years ago. I couldn't believe it. Excited it was worth it to me to pay $68.99 to have this discontinued scent. It had a picture of their "team" and said all the right things. When it came, it was a disgusting scent of dime store smelling stuff. I told them they said all the right things to make me think they really tried and they asked if I had a sample. I had held on to a small vile of the scent and I mailed it to them. They sent a 2nd scent which was worse than the 1st. I asked them to send my sample back it was all I had. And they didn't. There was mix up inbetween these two deliveries with e mails saying it was delivered by FedX then by UPS and it never was. NIGHTMARE
It was suppose to be sent 2 day express. However the app (that I'm made to download) says it hasn't even left yet. I'm excited to receive it, so I'd like it soon. Not sure what's taking so long.
The side said it would ship in two days, still waiting for order shipment. Not much else to say here
I ordered my favorite scent that was discontinued and have been very happy with my order each time, it is exactly the same and the packaging is great and I even get to put my own name on it! Will definitely continue to use them!

So I found a cologne that I loved in the 1970's & have ordered it three times! Bought the body lotion as well. Makes me so happy & get complements from people who get close enough to enjoy it on me :)
