I really just wanted to give a quick review but there is a 100 letter minimum. I liked the product. Wow still not 100 characters.
Terrible experience. The product I was searching for was on their list and it does not even come close to being a match. I complained and they had the nerve to ask if I would send them a sample!?... please... This is supposedly their line of work, they should have their own samples. Ridiculous, no wonder they refuse to give refunds, they would never make a profit!
I didn't realize how long it would take to fill my order when I placed it back in January. As a week out of town was coming, I used the chat option to send a message stating that I would be gone on certain dates and did not want liquid to be delivered and sit on my porch at below zero for days. Second message, no reply until I got email saying it had been shipped, expected arrival date the first day I would be gone. I had to set up an account on UPS and pay $5 to change the delivery date. They did refund the $5, for which I am thankful. If I had known how long it would take to fill the order I would have waited until I was back. Also if they had read my first email they should have been able to delay filling the order at their end and avoid the problem.
I found 2 of my favorite discontinued scents. Really hopeful they can get the aromas close. Happily anticipating the results.

Ordered Philosophy the Fragrance. 1st shipment smelled like funeral flowers (NOWHERE CLOSE to the lemon, citrus, white musk scent)! Same for the next 2 shipments and they even had a sample of my original perfume to use for matching purposes! All 3 scents were SO bad they went directly into the garbage. Prepare to wait over a month for shipment and delivery each time. Masters?... hardly.
I have been looking for my discontinued perfume for 2 years. This replacement is perfect. It smells exactly like Victoria Secrets "Rapture"

When I bought somewhere from Avon in 1968 "WHAT ARE YOU WEARING"? Was asked by everyone. The discontinued this scent! But I found it on scent masters! EVERYONE WANTS TO SMELL ME NOW. My new granddaughter loves my smell, so I got her a bottle to continue to smell me when I'm not there. My husband loves it so much he also uses it. Lol. They claim to be able to make any scent. I gave them one scent that I used to wear and they are not able to make it. They've tried THREE times and it just smells like a sweet bar of grandma's soap and it is SUPPOSED to be musk. I selected the second scent off of the list of scents that they claim to already know how to make. This is a completely false claim. Again, smells just like a sweet, soapy "old lady" perfume. Granted, the small print DOES state "no refunds" but the large print states that they know how to replicate scents.
I have still not gotten my perfume. I have not gotten an email if it was even shipped. They should have Jungle Gardenia in stock. It is a very popular item.
