It was very easy to find the discontinued perfume I was looking for, and I loved being able to choose the bottle and have a message printed on it. I also liked being able to add an additional bottle during checkout for a reduced price. I will be a repeat customer!
Whatever they sent me wasn't even close to the original and actually smelled terrible. Thought there had to be some mistake. Had them resend. Nope. Second one was just as bad. Just some sort of scam with no refund policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

There was an issue with my order initially. It somehow got passed over and was not prepared/shipped out when it was supposed to. However, when I brought it to their attention, they took responsibility, apologized, and even added a travel size of the fragrance I ordered at no additional charge to make up for the inconvenience. I gave my mom the Britto fragrance and she was very please as it has been discontinued. She was ecstatic and called me to thank me, and now she even has a smaller version she can travel with! I understand that mistakes happen, I appreciate the customer service, and I will be a repeat customer in addition to recommending to others. Thank you!
Holy moly... my scent arrived today. And it took me back to 1995 easily. I was always so saddened by the fact that the "different" smells that I enjoyed over the years would leave the market completely. To know that I can now obtain those favorites again is mind blowing to me. What a day maker this has turned out to be. The smell I craved was "Grass by Gap", ya'll remember that?!? Well it may not be dead accurate with the scent but it's pretty dang close. I love it! I appreciate it all the more! I'll be placing a few more orders for older favs for sure with how close this match was. I am pleasantly satisfied with my purchase.
My husband had a cologne back in the 60's that he loved and over the years still spoke of it but could never find it I finally found it here and he is getting it for his 75th birthday. So happy
The first perfume I received I wasn't happy with. But I contacted scentmatchers and they are going to send me a new scent of my choice free of charge.
The shopping experience was OK but it is a bit silly to rate this site until I get the product and can review whether it matches up to their claims. The price was reasonable but the jury will remain out until I get my purchase and can compare with the real thing and see if ScentMatchers claims are accurate. I will of course be totally honest in my review then!
So far I am gravely disappointed. I have not received the product,, nor have I even received any shipping info. I'm giving the company 2 more business days.

First, I emailed the company after I received my first order about an issue I had. I never heard from them. I decided to give them another shot a few years later and when I ordered, I included a request for some information. The same thing I asked for a few years before. I never got a reply, but sure enough they started on the order so I know they received it. I received a notification that my order had been shipped on a Saturday (remember you pay for 2 day shipping) and on Wednesday I sent ANOTHER (3rd) email with about 5 items on it at this point and I finally received a reply indicating some unsatisfactory replies to my now old initial questions and an excuse regarding the shipping problem. I never received my order until that Friday - a clear 6 days after being told the item shipped. I sent a 4th email asking for a refund of the 10 dollar shipping charge since it was not 2 day shipping that I had paid for... Guess what... No reply.
Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't ever order from ScentMatchers again. Heyward and even StuntDouble have equivalent offerings, RESPOND to customers, deliver on time and treat repeat customers as valuable assets when it comes to promoting their brand.
The site is easy to navigate and they give you different options for payment. Can't wait for my scent to arrive!

The folks at Scentmatchers really want to make sure that their clients are happy. My perfume didnt come back 100% right and they offered to remake it for free
Ordered perfume and paid for express two day shipping have yet to receive product. Ordered on january 26th and still waiting as of February 15th. Can't review product, but shipping sucks don't pay for express shippin! Hate to see how long it would take for regular shipping.
Not only did it take forever to get my order but it literally smells NOTHING like the original perfume. This place is a waste of time and money. I would not recommend it to anyone.
