It had not. As of today 2/28 the package is still missing.

I received this package yesterday. I knew before I even opened that it wasn't going to be good, hence the pics before I opened it. Packaging shoddy at best. 2 heavy glass bottles stuffed in a bulging tiny box with a few ghost farts surrounding them - Lucky they didn't break. One of the bottles will not spray, I've tried every trick in the book! The one that does spray smells nothing like the re-created scent that I requested. Totally dissatisfied with this purchase. Bummer because it was for my moms birthday and now I'm going to have to find something else. I don't want to even rate these items with any stars, but I guess 1 star will have to do... Not sure about how the return process is going to be yet...

Total joke. I ordered two bottles of Gucci Envy for Men.
They sent something that smelled like women's perfume and not even close to Gucci for Men cologne.
It gets worse. Scentmatchers asked me to send them a sample of Gucci for Men cologne. I emailed them back asking them how they made the original "stuff" they sent me if they didn't have a sample of Gucci for Men cologne. What a joke! They didn't have an answer for me so I sent them a sample of the original Gucci for Men over two months ago and still I have nothing. Scentmatchers keep putting me off with delays. Failing to respond to emails promptly then telling me they will get back to me within two days and they never do. They responded twice telling me they will check with their "team". That is another joke as everyone knows Scentmatchers is a couple of people working out of their house. Google earth the address.
Do not order from Scentmatchers.
The bottle of perfume that I received smells nothing at all like the "Hope" by Frances Denney that I ordered. The bottle is pretty though, but that really means nothing. I wanted the fragrance.
Smells absolutely nothing like the original perfume. Bottle arrived in a dirty bag. The fragrance is repulsive kind of like a small rodent died in a bottle of chanel No. 5. I am throwing it out.
I was very pleased with my order! I was surprised how close this was to my long-lost perfume of decades ago! The scent that I ordered reminded me of a very happy time in my life, so when they could match it so wonderfully, it made me relive those special days. Thank you so much, ScentMatchers! Always spot on in copying a fragrance. Also love the extras too. Victoria Secret quit making our favorite fragrance so we can get it here with the lotion and the take along parfum for your purse.
Do not order from this site! The scent I ordered smelled absolutely nothing like the original! Plus it was extremely late & I didn't receive any emails that it was coming until the day before it showed up. Then I find out they don't do refunds & my scent actually came back so I didn't even need to buy this in the first place. What a scam! I'm out $50 & they're going to keep scamming people. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this business!

My Mom has been using Jean Nate spray cologne for years. Revlon stopped making this a few years back so I have been ordering this "copycat" since then. At age 88, my Mom is happy.
I chose two scents that I have always loved. The scents appear to be as I remember them As I have chosen two, I only wish there had been a label on them, if only on the bottom, to identify them when my feeble brain loses its way.
Nothing in the world like finding something that you thought was lost forever. This version of Thyme Unlimited Sleep Well fragrance is beautifully dreamy and lulling. Nothing compares to it on freshly laundered bedding. Sadly last two batches were significantly different in both color and scent. Previous batch was almost amber and had a more exquisite scent. Current purchase was clear and slightly less expensive smelling. Fragrance team must find and utilize previous formula. Nevertheless, even inferior formulation is still so close to original that I'm compelled to rate it very highly.
I ordered a cologne I liked which had been discontinued. They worked with me and made a great replica of it. I will be using them again. Great customer service.
The scent I ordered was Interlude by Frances Denney, sorry to say, they did not match the scent, it almost smells like lime after shave. I have worn Interlude for 50+ years and it is no longer available, I was hoping for a miracle and am really disappointed, so I guess I'll just shop for a new scent.
I guess i'm going to find out more about Scentmatchers soon. I got my order two days ago, and I'm not that happy with the scent i received. So i'm just getting started with that process. Will let you know what the out come is.
Cologne finally received after being delivered to incorrect address. Product was nothing like scent I requested. If you knew you couldn't match the Escada then you should have just let me know.
Doesn't smell like Black Raspberry Vanilla from Bath and Body Works at all. But the bottle is pretty.
Three attempts. I provided an actual sample and each one got worse. They claim they have matched the scent before as it's listed on their website, but I doubt it. $70 wasted.
I think it's awesome that you can get any scent that has been discontinued. It's also neat to have your own message printed on the bottle. I can't wait to get one of my favorite scents from my childhood in the mail! It's like a time machine in a bottle!
Trying a new fragrance however I am a repeat customer that is always highly satisfied. Pleasantly surprised with my first purchase so I added lotion, shampoo & shower gel.
