Billed and then my two choices were to be shipped and got a notice as shipped. A month later they said both were out of stock and would I like some garbage I would not want as a replacement? How hard is it to buy a bottle and then split it up for customers? Scam and they kept my cash!
Second time in months I have been billed for a product I have never made any attempt to obtain. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WON'T ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE FOR THAT REASON.

I've never had an account with them, never called them, emailed them, or heard of them and they billed me for a SUBSCRIPTION! I cancelled my credit card and got a new one and they BILLED ME AGAIN! HOW? SCAM!

Worst company ever. It's pretty messed up that some people get their fragrances and yet so many others just get jerked around by their horrible customer service. They make you email them 1000 times and give vague responses if they even do answer. They don't have a customer service phone number on purpose. Also? Go look them up on the BBB (better business bureau) website. Almost 1k complaints, a big fat F rating and even a huge warning from the BBB saying they're a bad company

I joined Scentbird in Oct 2018. They sent me that shipment and that's it... Yet they continue to charge my Paypal acct monthly. I have filed claims with the FTC and Paypal... DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, IT IS A SCAM. They don't have a phone number and they do not respond to emails.

I ordered from this site last month and have yet to receive my order. They promptly charged my debit card and there's no way of reaching them to find out what's going on. They claim the delays are due to them moving to another warehouse, but I believe this company is a complete fraud and this is why they have no telephone number.
Their ads are plastered all over NYC subways to lure us in. I wish the media would put them on blast. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It's a rip off.

Placed my first order Jan. 2nd 2019 and received it Feb. 5th. I opted for the two scent subscription. Opened padded envelope to find one bottle was almost empty. (maybe ten sprays left) The second bottle was full but didn't spray properly. It just spit out three drops about a half inch from the spritzer... looked in the hole where the cologne exits and saw the plastic insert was in pieces. My Scentbird account never showed any progress on my order. It just says it was being processed. I emailed them pictures and a video of their crappy product. They said they will attempt to send me a replacement shipment. Let's just wait and see what comes next...

I received my first two orders but haven't received anything since October. They have taken my money EVERY month but no product... Then they sent me an email telling me to update my billing info. No, thank you. You don't deliver on your end, you won't get another dime from me. Extremely disappointed...

First off customer service was great. My order was sent to an old address and they sent it out again to my new address. Fast forward to end of January, I received an order but the site is still saying processing. Unfortunately, I dropped my purse and it shattered so I want be mad if that "processing" order ships again. Just saying. They send orders at the end of the month and it took weeks to receive my first order

Takes weeks to fill an order, and they bill you even if you cancel. If you file a service ticket, they simply don't respond but rather send you a bunch of links to read through.
Unfortunately for them, customer service still matters even in an increasingly tech-based world. When Amazon delivers within a few days, waiting weeks for an order is the stuff of 50 years ago.

Charges you even after you cancel. Almost impossible to contact anyone. They say they'll credit your account but they don't. Very dishonest and badly run company.

I got sent bird in October oh, I was really excited. But once I paid they lost my package oh, it was also extremely late. They took my money for November and December and January. But only sent my package for December. They kept sending me email apologies but never sent my package never sent my refund either. So today I get an email and then they say they sent me a refund what is a lie because they never sent it they never sent my package they take my money and never gave me my refund. Do not buy from them they are full of crap!

This site is a scam. They will take your money and never send you anything. In the rare form that they do, they will not send the right thing and/or it will be missing something. They have awful customer service skills and will just give you the ring around. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS WEBSITE

I joined in October 2018. They sent my first initial introduction product right on time. Loved it. However November came they took my money but claimed the cologne I chose was available, which I had to find out on their website because no email or notification was given other than not receiving the product. December was the same. They took my money but no product. Cut my losses at $30... and cancelled my membership. Lessons learned next time I'll read reviews before I join anything again.

I have just finally received my second scentbird vial, spritzed my normal places once... twice... sprayed a piece of paper and decided that I should check blogs to see if this perfume is legit. The first month I tried my perfume I noticed the scent quickly faded; I asked several people to smell me soon after I spritzed, LOL, and they smelled nothing. I also noticed that shaking the vial was necessary to even get an initial scent. I was trying to be positive, but two months of expensive perfume that I smelled in the store ahead of time is making me question quality. I know oil based perfume last longer so maybe it's my choice of perfumes that are lacking, but I doubt it. This experience is making me not want to actually buy these perfumes that I thought I liked and I'm not sure if I should jugde from this experience. Has anyone else experienced something like this or am I alone?! Please help, I want to stay positive.

Of course I signed up for there wide known selection of women's perfumes the website is very eye detailed that it traps your mind into thinking (oh what a deal I can get)

But little did I know that I was being fooled. To the point yeah I received the pearly white free bottle. But two scents I purchased never got delivered. I emailed they said it got delivered. No it didn't numerous emails went back and forth. Anastasia is her name apologized for the mishap and assured me that the problem will be resolved by sending me the two scent que perfumes I never received. Well we will see. I also informed the company of my disappointment, frustration, anger with there company. I will never never order from this company again. They should see all the negative that's been writing by customers and shut down there business it's ridiculous wrong.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
