Stay Away!

They debited my account twice this month after I canceled my subscription over a month ago. I've sent emails and have not received a response. Today I received a dreadful scent that I would have never chose for my worst enemy. I will be contacting my bank to report fraudulent charges. Do not waste your money with Scentbird!

Art of scam

This company uses those people who don't know much about fragrances and deceive them. STAY AWAY. Try free samples instead. You don't need 500 perfumes.

I received at the same time my first two months of this subscription. I love Scentbird and the perfumes I have selected: Wisteria Blue and Light Blue. I also really like the presentation and packaging, I will undoubtedly continue to try new perfumes. However I do not understand how they fail to not include the name of the perfume brand on the package. If I'm going to have 12 or 20 equal capsules, in this case the same color, how will I identify which one is which? At least they should add a sticker with the name of the brand to stick it to the jar, or a band to at least have where to write it. What do you do, the ones that have many Scentbird fragrances, to identify the jars? A lot of fragrance will be wasted if you decide to go spraying each one until you find the one you are looking for.

I subscribed to Scentbird on June 14,2019. I signed up for the 2 perfumes a month & my account was debited for $22.75. It is now June 27th & still my order hasn't shipped. I have since cancelled my subscription & I expect a full refund for the money I was charged for items I never received. I don't understand how there isn't a number customers can call for help. I have emailed Scentbird & if I don't receive a response back within 24 hours I am contacting my bank for assistance.

Comes with bugs in the bottle

The bottle I received had some kind of bug in it. I wouldn't really have a problem if I saw an attempt to make this gross situation better. But they provide no email or phone number as contact info. Only a help forum which states a less than 24 h response time. After 3 submissions in the last week with no response id like to say this is bs. Thanks scent bird for this gross and useless scent... id love to see the packaging facilities.

I was charged an extra 99 dollars for a membership fee from this company. They claimed to have no record of the charge. I gave them a screenshot of the charge also and STILL they claimed they didnt charge me this fee which overdrafted my account! The woman I have been corresponding with stated "our membership is priced at 162.00 not 99.00." Even after I provided her with a screenshot of the charge. Do NOT do business with this company as they will charge you and have no record of the charge and YOU lose YOUR money!

This is a complete scam, the site says it will take 10-15 days for scents to ship.! It has been 30 days still nothing. They have no number to call, I got an email stating they have more warehouses so there was a delay with the shipping. I was told it would take another 5 business days before it shipped out, which basically takes me into the next billing cycle. Save yourself the grief and avoid this $#*!ty corrupt business

I disagree with a lot of the bad stuff said about scentbird. I absolutely LOVED my subscription. I paid with paypal which was a nice option and I opted for the 2 scents/$30 per month. I always received the right perfumes that I chose and they were always on time. Until they moved their warehouse. That's when all hell broke loose. I was angry at the time but I was happy that I was able to suspend paypal from getting billed. That cut out a lot of the hassle of having Scentbird cancel my account. I did end up getting the perfumes that were billed before I cancelled, but months later. That was about a year ago and I miss my subscription so much. I want to try it again to see if things have calmed down and they are back to business as usual but from these very recent reviews I am scared that it will be just more of the same. By the way I never had a problem with authenticity of the fragrances. They were always great. Sad to see this happen to what could have been a promising company! I still hope they work out their issues!

Don't waste your tome or money. They charged me 3 times with nothing delivered and told me they printed the shipping label and it will be sent when they can get to it. 3 charges and zero products and then told me I can not cancel for a refund. SCAM

This Company should be shut down! I attempted to cancel after 2 months. I gave the company several opportunities to rectify the situation. They sent rude, unprofessional & ignorant emails.
The bottom line is: My Bank (BOA) did some checking & found Scentbird has a horrible reputation. BOA snagged my refund & then ensured these thieves cannot access my account further.

What can I say that hasn't already been said by others? They overcharge, hit my credit card twice for the same month, the fragrance is crappy quality and the authenticity is questionable.
I did manage to get a phone number to call after daily multiple emails to them demanding a refund and to be canceled. I was told that I would not get a refund, but as a consolation, I would get issued a "free" perfume. I still have not seen this arrive in my mail and don't expect to.
I was assured that my subscription was canceled and as of today, I have not seen any new charges. So hopefully this ordeal is over and I am a but broker, but wiser for it.

After my first order I cancelled the subscription because a month passed and not one unit came. It was impossible to reach them and not one email received. When I cancel i ask for refund to find out they do not refund at all. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL. IF YOU SIGN UP YOU HAVE JUST BECOME A DONOR TO THEM.

Oh where do i start with this $#*! show?! Alright so to start i subscribed to both scentbird and scentbox. Scentbox was late with my first scents but they quickly made up for it and re shipped my scents and got it to me in two days! Scentbird however was a whopping 23 days late on my first scent! Oh wait thats not all... They were extremely hard to get a hold of. Eventually someone emailed me. But the email was full of excuses. They even told me to be patient! Heres my first thought in my head,"how the $#*! are you going to tell me to be patient, first of all you took my money, where the $#*! is my $#*! i paid for." So two weeks later i finally got my scent. And it was a good one. So i give them that. And they did give me anothet one for free, so i have to give them a star for that. HOWEVER, i have un subscribed with scentbird because of the lack of communication. AND because im sitting in the same boat as last month =-(. So if you go on the site it says that when you subscribe yo scentbird and pick your smell, they will ship out a few days later. Hahahahaha oh the lies! So if anyone is wanting smelly good stuff, i suggest scentbox! They have a way larger selection! They communicate and they are not late every single month.

Run away from scentbird. Run for your lives! Ahhhhhhhh

They don't offer refund even if it's their fault.
I subscribed for annual plan which was $162.
Charged me twice and told we don't offer refund.
Only way to stop them charging me every month to cancel my subscription.
Now let's talk about the fragrances Well its basically water with very little real stuff.

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, I received 4 bottles and everyone smells like the product but the fragrance goes away in minutes, I got the same fragrance samples at Sephora and there is a huge difference in the smell, canceling my subscription now

I have asked them 2 times to cancel my subscription and I have seen NO RESPONSE. I looked at the cancellation instructions, but it instructs me to click the "cancel my subscription" button under the "subscription status" page. That cancel button does not exist.

Free money

They charged my husband's account for months before I realized that he was still paying for this $#*!ty subscription. I never received the product they were billing me for and when I asked if they could refund me my money they refused as well as refused to send out the product I payed for and never got. They find any excuse to take your money and not have to give you the product. I hope this company is shut down soon. It seems like there is a lot of us on the same boat with this fraudulent buisness.

I started my subscription on March 31st. According to the site the first scent is supposed to ship in a few days. It's been almost 2 weeks. I also ordered a second scent as a stand alone and that was supposed to ship in 5 days. I emailed the company and they said they haven't shipped and will send me tracking numbers as soon as it does. No explanation why or anything. I got a free scent from signing up after a friend recommended it. After I see that has shipped I'm canceling and going with scentbox instead.
UPDATE: After emailing them several times to find out what happened to my order I ended up canceling before it was time to get my free month from using my friends referral. This company sucks. They claim to be moving and that's why stuff is delayed. They've been claiming this for over a year. How long are you people going to milk that one? Like I said in the title, worst subscription company ever! I ended up going with scentbox and they have been on the ball every time.
