I originally subscribed to Scentbird and it's competitor at the same time, but I recently canceled my other subscription and upgraded to 2 fragrances per month with Scentbird. I love the fragrance options and the quiz personalizations. Information about fragrance notes is very detailed, which I appreciate. The only thing I wish they offered is exchanges like their competitor does, as well well as free atomizers monthly. This is the first month I have experienced serious Corona related shipping delays, but I still value the service and the product.
My parfume are absolute good and smelled long time.
I think if you want quality product, bye scentbird product. Not expensive, this is very important.

I have really enjoyed my Scentbird membership, until this month that is... I never received my September samples

I've used Scentbird for over 3 years now, but I think I'm going to probably cancel. I do the two vial subscription and both vials usually each last a month. They have great scents, but there are always shipping issues. Even years prior to Covid-19. They charge me at the same time each month and then because of "shipping delays" I receive my cologne a month later. This happens almost every month. By the time I receive my cologne I'm being charged again for the next month.

Honestly, I love this concept. They have an awesome selection of colognes that you can put in your queue. There are just a few major issues with the delivery of the product.
1. They will charge your card at the beginning of the month however don't expect it to arrive anytime soon. Usually they deliver it at the end of the month they charge you. ( I was charged at the beginning of September 2020 and still have no received a delivery date or tracking information) the same thing happened last month. When you email support (their only source of contact) no one will respond. Or it takes a week for them to do so. So you're basically hoping that they stay true and deliver your product. I don't like that kind of chance especially when I am already taking a chance buying a product I may not even like.
2. They are constantly running out of product. So just because you put a cologne in your queue doesn't mean you're going to get it. This means you CONSTANTLY have to check the app especially a week before they process your payment to make sure there are no surprises. This is disappointing because you probably won't get the selection you want but they do have a lot of other nice items. Just make sure you load up your queue a few months out otherwise you'll get a random nasty one I'm sure.
3. They use DHL for shipping which is known to cause problems or major delays.
Overall I am sad that I'll be canceling my membership because there are just too many unknowns with the logistics of this company and will try one of their competitors. I've seen so many reviews about the cancellation process where even though you cancel they still charge your card every month so I will update the review on the canceatiom process.
Scentbird has poor shipping/delivery! They are very faithful with billing my card in time every 5th of the month but the perfume is never delivered on time. I have to email them every month checking to see when will I get my monthly order.
I dont know if your like me but if so you cant make up your mind and scentbird is your one stop shop for finding na scent or 3 that fits your lifestyle and how you feel! This is a great place to find something for you and something for her or vice versa. Never a bad choice here at scentbird! I wouldn't go anywhere without my scentbird!

The scent is amazing! Sweet smell, makes me feel sexy, elegant, and classy. I love the fact that you can try a scent without having to buy an expensive whole bottle that you may not like. The variety is amazing!

There are two sides to this company in which they are horribly underperforming in, that is Customer Service and Logistics.
On the customer service side, the company wants you to look at their FAQs and if no answer, submit a ticket. When they finally decide to email you back, they aren't any help, they just tell you what you already know and give no solutions.
Now for logistics. I was charged every month on the 5th. When do they ship it out? Blindfold yourself, then point to a random date on the calendar, that's the best way I can describe their scheduling. The latest they shipped my order was 15 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE! It took 11 days to actually receive it after they shipped it. 26 DAYS! On their FAQS, they state it takes up to 10 days for them to process the order, and clearly can't even follow that big of a window. Then it says it can take up to 15 for it to arrive, from the time they ship it. So basically, you could receive a shipment, and be charged for the next month in a weeks span. I got an order on August 31st and was charged 5 days later for the next month. I have since cancelled my subscription, and will never use them again.
Plus to put their pricing in perspective, they price gouge. Most colognes cost on average. 50 cents per ml. Scent bird charges 1.83 per ml. Just do the math, and it just makes no sense to use them. I was stupid for signing up. Save yourself time and money
They charged my credit card 3 weeks ago but still haven't shipped my fragrance. They blane covid and I blame myself for getting sucked in. Save your money
I upgraded from one perfume to two in August, which I was charged for that day instead of the normal billing period. Its September 22nd and I still haven't even gotten an email saying my package is on the way. Before this they were quite prompt, and I usually had my order by the middle of the month.
Other than that, the perfumes are great and I always look forward to getting them. The fact that this month is taking longer than usual is kindof a let down, though.
Please cancel my account, this is my second email yo you requesting cancellation of my accounting didn't care for any of the fragrances and I was allergic to one of them

Such a great way to try different fragrances without breaking your bank! You can confidently buy a regular sized bottle if you love it! Love the concept.
Love how scentbird is Affordable and has a lot to choose from also love how there's more than cologne there's also skincare
The selection of scents is good, the service works well and as described. But there are CONSTANT and REPEATED attempts to get you to upgrade your account. Sometimes they have to pull a product from your queue because it has sold out, which feels like another attempt to get you to buy more perfumes now, cause supplies are limited. I like the reviews that help you find scents to try. Wish the app were more searchable by attributes.
Love the app very easy to work the prices are nice the only problem that I have is how long you wait for your cologne. But I do recommend trying this company if you like to wearing Cologne

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
