Love getting my package every month. I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas. One time my order came, and was damaged, reached out over time to customer service, they immediately replaced it! Now that's good business!
I love to be able to try different scents at a reasonable price. It's easy to use and when I needed help they were right on it!

My experience hasn't been the best but not the worst. Delivery takes forever. I don't receive my order till the end of the month. I received a men's fragrance. A lot of the perfumes I wanted are not available. I have received 3 orders one was for men, liked one and disliked the last one.
I honestly love using scentbird. Im not a huge cologne guy but i enjoy the ability to choose which colognes i want each month.

I have enjoyed being able to sample all the wonderful perfumes so far. This way I know what I like after a few days of trying it. I've been lucky with liking all the perfumes except 1, and I wasn't out a lot of money. This company is wonderful

I enjoy the smell but I made the mistake of spraying myself twice with the perfume not realising how strong the scent was. I recommend a walk through with is perfume.

The handy little spray bottle is great and very handy to re-apply through out the day. Two of my refills have come opened with most of the scent gone but the service is great. They just need to make sure the refills are closed tightly b4 they send them.

The scents they have are nice. Great selection. The problem is their shipping. They use Covid-19 as an excuse but they charge you at the beginning of the month and you don't receive your purchase until the end of the month, if then.

For the most part, I love most of the scents i've received. However, the delivery has NOT been so good. I have not received my order for September and October is this Thursday. I'm very close to canceling my subscription. This company needs to get their delivery process together or close shop. Also, you probably need to find another company besides DHL becasue they don't deliver when they say they delivered.

The products from scentbird are well package and the colognes I purchased smell really good and I purchased at least 9 or more so enjoy scentbird it's a great product.

I am so disappointed in this company! They charged my card for the 2 subscriptions each of 14.95. On sept 5 they supposedly shipped my order on 15. To this date which is sept 29th i have not recieved it. I was shipped thru DHL which is the WORST company ever. Then i tracked it and it still says it is intranstit. I have emailed them numerous times and no answer. What it people they just want you to be a member after that you dont get no customer service!

September's scents have only just been shipped, yet the company charged me at the beginning of September, and has had the queue locked since then as well. Very disappointing.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
