I really enjoy having the option of trying expensive fragrances without paying out the easy 60 dollars for an once of something you may not like all that much. I mean 3.4 oz can last a really long time so you want to you're going to enjoy what you're investing into. I think cologne can be important especially when it comes to taking pride in yourself and making an impression. I love Cedar, Sandalwood, Clove and Patchouli (in small doses). So it gives me a chance to look through designer brand products to see if anything matches my preferences. I love this subscription and can't wait to receive the next!

Underhanded Billing. DO NOT AUTO-RENEW.

Scentbird makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription. They hide the billing date, charge you early, and will not cancel an order even though it takes 5-6 days to actually ship. They do not care about customers, they just want your billing information. Once they have it they employ numerous tricks to make sure you can't get your money back. I have never experienced a company that so willfully and intentionally tries to trick and confuse customers over billing. Do not use.

Fantastic

I am so happy that I decided to try out this fragrance subscription site! I get a new perfume each month and have discovered multiple new favorites! Plus there are discounted add ons and sets offered throughout the year. I even bought my husband a 3 month subscription for his birthday and he's found a new favorite too

I love perfume, and I was nervous about trying and committing to this but having the ability to pick and choose the fragrances that I'm going to get is great. You can see reviews of others and what tones are in each perfumes to see if you think it is one that will appeal to you. I also am a tester now for scent bird so they are sending me perfumes to review on for them to release for coming month. I love it. Don't regret it at all and will continue keep my subscription going.

Prices, charges,

Scentbird has charged A whole lot of people including me way more than they're supposed to. They owe me about $400 I'v I've been a member for 18 months.The quality of the perfume is starting to change. Just a little bit. It used to be a lot of perfume that was very high end and with companies that have been in business for a 100 years, you know, and now they're starting to slide in some of the Macy's, Dillard's, Neimans, saks kind of perfumes. BUT, it's the money more than anything A whole lot of people are trying to get ahold of them they don't have a phone # I HAVE CALLED NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK where their stuff gets shipped from I've been working hard to find my money and they basically work Out of Russia.AND HAVE FAKE ADDRESSES.

With regards to the prices, we offer 0.27oz vials priced at $15.95. In contrast, most rollerballs start at $26 for a 0.25oz bottle depending on the brand. They sent me "premium perfumes" & charged my account 49.95$ for 6 months without my consent. I work 3 jobs & thought this company would be a good fit bc I really like to try different scents out. The You Tuber Christina Randall referred it on her channel. I should have known then it wasn't a fair and ethical company that hopes it's clients do not pay attention to what they charge. Worst though is those premium scents they sent were aweful and foul my grandma didn't even want them!

You have to try it out

Every month for a well priced subscription, you get a good sample size of whatever fragrance (or other products they offer) you wish to try. You choose them yourself and so far my experience has gone very well

The site shows pretty designer bottles but the perfume comes in basic generic bottles. I like to put my perfumes out on a tray but these are too ugly to display, and I question if they're even authentic. I just signed up for a 6 month subscription and received my first order today. When I went to cancel upcoming deliveries there's no way to cancel on the site and no way to contact customer service. If the remaining five orders haven't shipped and I'm unhappy with the first one why do I have to pay for five more? SCAM.

Please note that all vials are 8mL/0.27oz and have been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays, which should be enough for at least 4 sprays per day for 30 days. Because we're an online sampling service, we repackage the fragrances into our signature packaging so that we can offer our monthly service. Once you've found your signature scent, we recommend that you purchase a full-size bottle from an authorized vendor or the brand directly. Rest assured that our Customer Experience Team is always here to assist you via email and social media outlets! The cancelation link is available in the account's Manage Subscription section. The fragrance choice is awesome. It lasts way more than a month. Could help you find a favourite scent or have the multiple choices to not wear the same on daily. The case sale is so nice and the colour of the cases are so nice.

Absolutely love the products and company is great to deal with! Products ship out quick and if you have any complications they are quick to help. I once never received my order that was marked as delivered and they were wick to address the issue and fix it. Couldn't recommend them more!

Convenient options!

I'm a big fan of this subscription service. I enjoy having an array of scents to choose from in my collection however I often tire of them after a couple months. Scentbird offers a fair priced subscription for 8ML vials and have an incredible selection to choose from, both man and women scents. I highly recommend to anyone that has no need for larger, often over priced bottles of cologne and or perfume and prefers to switch up their scents!

Great but shipping is bad

It takes to long to process then ship, my payment goes in on the payment day then the package arrives 10 days later! I wish they would be more proactive or have a lock in feature a week before payment so that the process could get done faster or something of the sort. The little bottles for the subscription doesnt last doesnt last long enough for when the next bottle/bottles to come in.

We say it’s a month’s worth as each Scentbird-sized vial has been trialed to hold 120 sprays minimum, which is enough for 4 sprays per day for 30 days. I was so excited to join this subscription, but my excitement diminished very quickly. I enrolled early December, it is now middle of January and I have yet to receive my first order. Trying to actually talk to someone was extremely difficult. When they finally do get back to me via email, my response wasn't even registered. I reach out again and it takes days for them to respond at all. Extremely disappointed with this company and the customer service it provides. Still waiting for my first order and a response from customer service...

I like the queue and the option to buy ahead of time.
Wish it was easier to Like and Dislike scents I've already tried (I already know I like Calvin Klein Eternity) - something diagnostic for people who already know what they do and don't like when they come here for the first time.
More clean and vegan brands please! I love the Sanctuary series.
In the quiz add an option for someone to be both masculine and feminine or neither (ex. Masculine; Feminine; I like both; Somewhere in between)
