I got my first order and found it was packed into a small lipstick looking container, I don't remember being told it would arrive that way, but it certainly did try to act like you would get the bottle instead of this rediculous looking tube. Talk about taking the fun out of buying cologne. It smelled watered down and not like the original one I smelled. These guys are like the guy 15 years ago trying to sell you every scent on the street from a backpack. Looks like that guy blew up. There is no contact to stop your subscription. If you feel displeased with this service you could be stuck for a minute. There is no way to get out easily. Not happy at all. I feel it's a rip off and doubt these are the real scents. Hopefully I figure out how to cancel, right now they trapped me.
These people are scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they charge you regular price bottle size prices and show you pictures of regular size bottles but send you a small sample size knock off bottle of their company oh and they do not refund or exchange just some information to know before you order with them just no you are NOT GETTING THE BOTTLE THEY SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE you are paying for a sample size small bottle they don't show you nothing about that but that is what your paying for DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scentbird is great. They already have a huge selection of designer fragrances to choose from. They also have a select number of niche and independent fragrances to choose from. Their selection of niche is growing also. Either way you can check the website to see the selection they have and are transparent with what they have. I haven't had a single problem with the subscription so i haven't needed the customer service but if it is as good as the service is then you can't go wrong. If you are a frag head and do not have this subscription just go ahead and make the plunge. It is worth it. It is an easy way to check out some fragrances before buying them at discounters. If there is a frag out there that you do not want to blind buy and get a full bottle for 2 or 3 hundred dollars, check the frag list. They may have it and if they don't they may be getting it soon. In my short time they added Aventus, Parfums de Marly, Byredo just to name a few.

Got this as a gift the website is horrid cant find figure out anything this has been a $#*!ty gift and honestly wish i never got more pain than its worth and its free to me. I order and use a few other sites all work and function so much better than this site every time i try i just get angry. Never ever use this site or company they suck!

All you need to do is add desired fragrances to your queue. In case it's empty, we send our Fragrance of the Month. You must have chosen to receive Perfumes instead of Colognes when signing up with us, that's why our system automatically sent you a perfume. I love getting these generous samples of perfumes to try. Even when I get perfumes I don't like, someone I know will love it. Everybody likes things that smell nice. It's a little monthly gift for myself.

I was a member with Scent Bird when they first launched. Things were great, I was happy. Then Scent Bird got too big for themselves. I would make a queue for the entire year. On the last year I was a member with Scent Bird, I would say 7 times out of 12, the scent I had chosen was 'out of stock' and I had to find a replacement. This happened way too many times for my liking. I even tried to adapt to this but finding scents that were just released, so the stock should be full, and within a week of changing my queue to accommodate the new scent, I would get an email saying that even that brand new scent was also out of stock. Great if you want samples of easy accessible scents you can find at the pharmacy. Not great if you want to try niche and new brands. I have attached a screenshot of some the emails telling me my queue had changed due to out of stock scents. *ALSO* Within the past two years they have started charging 'surcharges' for certain fragrances. So you will be billed your monthly fee, and then you will pay an extra $10/$12 for the "premium" scent you would like... At that point, most of the time, you are literally better off buying a full bottle.

Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions when we experience an inventory challenge. Kindly note that we do our best to restock all products in a timely manner. If most of your choices are Limited Edition products, they do get sold out very fast, and your queue gets updated accordingly. Some premium items do require an upcharge from $5 to $15 to the regular subscription cost. Those items are usually niche fragrances or full-size skincare/make-up products. We have introduced the premium surcharge so that we can extend our portfolio of products as we realize that some customers would like to see more premium items on the list. I love travel size perfume so I knew I would like scent bird but I love this service. I get more than a month out of each vile which is fine by me because it means I now have a collection of scents to choose from. I have been using this service for several months and am finally close to finishing my first vial which means you get a lot for the money.

Scentbird was fine at first, the $15 charge is a lot for the tiny bottle of perfume they send you and while I used to be a customer…trying to cancel your subscription is a whole other story. For the past three months I have been confirmed by 3 different reps that my subscription has been canceled, but my card continues to be charged each month. Trying to contact them isn't any better. I had to DM their social media just to see if I could get a response and even then I was literally ignored, after numerous emails have been sent, and now I am just collecting my receipts to file a consumer protection claim. Not to mention the waste each product creates from sending me all these stupid glass bottles. Terrible perfume and even worse service team.
I love the great communication I get from customer service also I receiving the different perfume they have to offer at a great price they also give u the option of buying a full size bottle

I recieved a gift what a pain sent me female scents when male the email was confusing and hard to figure out pop up blocks and how why it works all aweful $#*!ty gift nothing but frustrating and crap do not do this unless you hate someone

Every month, you get a vial of a new perfume (or two or three-depending on your preference) It is amazing to try different kinds that you normally wouldn't. It is an aroma journey that you will truly enjoy every moment of! Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I really think Scentbird is the perfect subcribtion site for anyone looking to try out different perfumes, they have a budget for everyone as far as getting a scent every 2 or 3 months, doesn't just have to be monthly, so far I have loved every scent I have chosen but I do really take the time to read about the scent and reviews also I base it off other scents I own or have liked before. Recently when I upgraded to 2 items a month I was charged immediately which I thought would happened the following month since I had already paid for the month I was in but thankfully when I contacted Scentbird they let me know that for the next month I obviously wouldn't be charged again and they were very helpful, professional and kind about the situation, they contacted me within 2 hours of sending an email which I was actually shocked so I really do think they appreciate and care their customers and concerns, I will definitely be ordering from Scentbird as long as they keep having amazing scents which I'm sure will never be a problem

The scents from scentbird are what you would expect. Little month supplies of your favorite colognes or perfume (they also have some skin care, and perfumes) that you can pick prior to shipping. The little cases that come with them are alright nothing special. Just simple twist cases. Have had one cologne fall out and shatter but other than that it's fine. The problems come with shipping. They use DHL (which is already not a great shipping company from my personal experiences) which DHL then sends to another company to get delivered which makes it infuriating to coordinate any sort of drop off/delivery. Not only that it will take roughly over 30 days for the shipment to reach you. I know this is a problem in general because of their recent move to NJ to help with the Delievery process but they still have a lot to do. Good products, AMAZING customer service, but DHL almost ruins the whole process with their awful service.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
